Our Community Partners

Community Involvement
National Van Lines is proud to be a key partner of world-famous artist Wyland in his efforts to raise awareness for environmental conservation. As one of the most inspirational leaders in environmental education, he uses his amazing artistic talents to help children learn about ecology and preserving our oceans and the environment.

Our History of Service

For the last 20 years, National Van Lines has joined with Wyland and his non-profit Wyland Foundation to bring public art and environmental educational outreach tours to families across North America. Additionally, Wyland and his Foundation have created 100 life-sized marine murals, known as the “Whaling Walls”, in urban areas in order to raise awareness for the Foundation’s work, and the need for ecological protection. The Foundation has also been responsible for providing environmental art activities, conservation exhibitions, and educational events to over one million young people in all 50 states, including on the White House lawn in Washington, D.C. and the United Nations headquarters in New York City. Clean Water Mobile Learning Experience

Most recently, National Van Lines has worked with this Foundation to bring the Wyland Clean Water Mobile Learning Experience to students across the United States and Mexico. The Clean Water Mobile Learning Experience is a state-of-the-art, 1,000-square-foot bio-diesel exhibition that provides a fun and engaging educational experience about the world of water. It features a multi-sensory theater and five interactive stations that allow students to explore different watershed habitats, and understand the impact humans can have on these habitats. Since its creation in 2007, the exhibit has delivered the message that the choices we make each day can directly affect our water quality and aquatic ecosystems. The Clean Water Mobile Learning Experience has been able to reach more than 250,000 students so far.
