Your National Van Lines driver will provide you with an inventory sheet detailing all the items they’ve loaded on their truck. They will take note of the condition of your entire inventory, including all furniture and any other items. It is a good idea to accompany your mover when cataloging all of your items to make sure it is all accounted for and properly recorded.
You will be provided with a copy of your inventory list on the day of the move to help ensure that all of your belongings are accounted for. It is your responsibility to check off items as they are being delivered to verify that everything on the list is present at your destination.
