We couldn't have had a better team at both ends!

We had a fantastic experience with James Albertson and National Van Lines. James and his team were absolute lifesavers on the front end of the move, guiding us every step of the way. James was incredibly thorough in his first assessment and walk-through of our items. He asked good questions and listened closely. He checked in and kept me updated all along the way. When I panicked that we weren't going to be able to get everything packed up in time, James brought a team to help us pack up justa few days before the move date. Both teams were efficient and courteous and made us feel so comfortable. Moving is a very stressful experience for me and the way James and his team handled it eased my anxieties in minutes. And even made it fun! Five stars for sure.
