About the Job

The Digital Performance & Optimization Manager leads SEO, conversion optimization, website analytics and emerging AI search strategy to improve organic visibility, website performance and lead generation. This role owns SEO strategy, site health, analytics, CRO testing and web QA while partnering with content marketing, design, video, sales and web development teams to drive measurable digital performance and adapt to evolving search behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

SEO Strategy & Technical Performance

  • Execute SEO strategy and technical performance, including audits, site health, keyword and competitive research, content optimization, metadata, internal linking and adherence to current search engine best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized SEO and digital performance roadmap aligned with business goals and growth opportunities.
  • Translate SEO and website performance data into clear recommendations for marketing leadership, content teams and cross-functional partners.

 AI Search & Emerging Discovery

  • Monitor brand visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven search and evaluate the impact on traffic, lead generation and brand representation.
  • Apply AI-assisted tools to research, analysis, and reporting, while staying current on evolving search behaviors and translating changes into actionable recommendations.

Web QA & Technical Operations (WordPress)

  • Partner with web developers and vendors to identify and validate technical website improvements.
  • Lead QA for website launches and updates, including tracking, forms, integrations, structured data,  mobile functionality, accessibility and key conversion paths.

Analytics, Measurement & Conversion Optimization

  • Own website performance measurement using GA4, Google Search Console, GTM and reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze user behavior, lead attribution and conversion performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and manage CRO initiatives focused on landing pages, CTAs, forms, navigation and other conversion performance.

Technical Qualifications & Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO and digital performance experience
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, content and local SEO
  • Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM and professional SEO tools
  • Experience analyzing website performance and translating data into actionable recommendations
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS fundamentals and website architecture
  • Experience with conversion optimization, testing and website QA
  • Working knowledge of AI-driven search experiences, plus strong analytical, project management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing or supporting PPC campaigns
  • Experience with local SEO and location-based marketing
  • PPC Experience: Some experience managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.

Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Work Remote: We are a hybrid team working together to schedule one day a week of remote work.
