RIGHT OF PUBLICITY RELEASE AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby agree and consent that National Holding Company may use all or part of the pictures and videotaped or filmed interview of me for a Video, Program Book, any of their web sites at NationalVanLines.com or NationalExpressMove.com or NVLConvention.com or www.NationalForwarding.com  or MightyMoving.com for any other use now and in the future provided for herein.

National Holding Company has the right to use for promotional purposes in any media without payment or other consideration, my picture, silhouette and other reproductions of my likeness and voice, name, opinions, biographical information, place of business and any written transcript of my interview, in connection with any article, motion picture, radio or television program or “streaming audio/video” segment, whether National Van Lines’ web site,  or in any other medium, and in any advertising or promotional material in any respect.

National Holding Company may edit my appearance as deemed appropriate.

National Holding Company shall have all right, title and interest in any and all results and proceeds from said use or appearance.

The rights granted National Holding Company herein are perpetual, worldwide and include the use of this interview in any medium (all or part of the program may be shown), including but not limited to print, broadcast on cable television, the Internet, CD-ROM, audio and video.

National Holding Company and its affiliates are not obliged to make use of this interview or exercise any of the rights granted National Holding Company by this release.

The portrait photos taken for the program book National Holding Company remain the property of National Holding Company. Purchase of these photographs may be arranged.

I reasonably believe that what I say in the interview is true, and free of libel, obscenity, and other unlawful matter, and does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any other individual or entity.

I will not bring suit in law or equity against National Holding Company or any of the above mentioned companies’ employees, agents, shareholders, members, officers, directors or principals on the grounds of libel, slander, or invasion of privacy with regard to my interview or its use by you.

I further release National Holding Company from any liability for personal injury or property damage which may occur during the filming or taping of the interview or my travel to and from the location of such filming or taping.
