Broadview, IL Jan 7, 2019—National Van Lines proudly welcomes the newest addition to our interstate-moving family: Elk Grove Village, IL-based Mid-West Moving & Storage joined the team Dec. 28, 2018.
Owner Luis Toledo founded Mid-West Moving & Storage in 1983. He’s guided its evolution from a small, local moving company to its current stature as a multimillion-dollar commercial and residential relocation organization serving the continental United States.
An 18-year-old Luis began his moving-industry career working for a local moving company in 1977. “I really enjoyed the industry and the physical and organizational challenges it brought,” Luis recalled. “I worked there until starting my own moving company with one truck, a name and a logo.”
Mid-West Moving & Storage’s longevity extends to its working force. Many employees have been with the company more than 10 years. “We treat all our employees as family,” Luis said.
The company accomplishes 2,500+ moves annually under its banner—“People Expect the Best. We Deliver”—and continually enjoys annual growth. Luis and the rest of the Mid-West Moving & Storage team are gearing up for even bigger and better opportunities now the company is an official National Van Lines agent.
