We were very impressed with the efficiency and courtesy (of your crew.) They went out of their way to accommodate all of out moving needs in a very stressful situation for us.
They were superb in terms of assisting us with last minute packing and disassembling of furniture for the move and packing them safely to minimize damage in the most efficient and rapid manner and reassembling them at our destination while being patient with our most capricious requests.

National Van Lines provided excellent services during my out-of-state move. The movers, including the driver, Laimus, were very professional and carried all items with caution. No items were damaged or missing. Also, they picked up and delivered the items within the specified time frame which was very important to my situation.
Overall, I had a positive experience with this company!!
Jim SImpson and his All Around Moving and Storage team of National Van Lines - they were all just exceptional! Jim came over and evaluated the extent of my move and gave me an estimate, complete with tips for packing, etc. His office team was always very accessible and helpful. The 3 movers called ahead on the day of the move, giving me the time of their arrival within an hour or so. It was clear they were experts at their work, backed by experience and ll the while being very friendly and thoughtful. For example, i have mobility and health issues, so they suggested my son and i settle in the room where we were most comfortable and they would pack that room last. How thoughtful! They delivered my belongings the next day to the new address as planned and were very efficient. While we had done most of the packing ourselves, there wee some items that the movers packed and al arrived in good shape. Jim Simpson and his team made this very stressful time so much easier because of t heir professionalism, experience and caring attitude. I HIGHLY recommend them !
The entire team deserves a HUGE thank you!! had never moved out of state and was nervous about how the move would turn out. I could not have been happier with the whole process. From the initial virtual walk thru to the delivery at the end you made my experience painless and stress free. Everyone was professional and did everything possible to ensure the customer was (ME) was taken care of. I truly can't thank Logan, Liz (office) and my driver Eric for taking such great care of me & my bel ongings. I would highly recommend this company and team to anyone moving.
I moved from Michigan to Massachusetts, and National Van lines did a great job with moving my home furniture. They made sure all furniture is covered and protected for the move. The movers are string and disassembled and lifted my heavy furniture easily and reassembled it well. Great professionalism by the movers, they were polite and efficient.
All pricing was upfront and I did not pay any extra fees, and I appreciate that as well.
I am taking off one point because it took the truck 12 da ys to arrive to Massachusetts, which means I spent 12 nights sleeping on an air mattress, I would have appreciated a sooner delivery date.
All but one item was delivered in tact. Pickup window was not confirmed until an hour before the truck arrived. The office only sent one person to move the apartment, and I had to help with the couple heaviest items - can you imagine the liability if either he or we got hurt moving these out of the apartment because National did not have two people sent for pickup? Because of this, a two hour pickup took almost five. The delivery was delayed by a day after confirmation of the previous day due to faulty hardware (truck driver phone).
