All of my furniture was wrapped and stored with skill and care. I moved into a storage unit, and the packing job was exceptional. Moving is a difficult and stressful process, and All Jersey Moving took a lot of that stress and pressure away. All Jersey moving made our moving process so much easier and less stressful. I can't say enough good things about Ray and his crew. They were awesome from start to finish. The guys took all the furniture apart, wrapped for protection, then put back together when it was dropped off. They also made sure that all the furniture and boxes made it into the proper rooms on the drop-off. I couldn't be happier with the entire process from start to finish.
Cheryl and Mark, as well as Theresa, in the later stages of planning, were so flexible. The NJ side of the move was seamless and the storage. They even came back an hour later to pick up a few extra things they couldn't fit on their truck.
On the second leg to Mn, I did feel that our furniture were packed in ways that were not ideal. Though I did not submit any damages, 2 tables were worse for wear (leg broken which we glued and an antique leave table that had dents on top and the lower le af that will need to be glued back on, we hope). This was not a reflection on the NJ team who were impeccable in their follow through and care. The gentleman who checked the boxes coming in did an extra review at the end and walk through to find missing numbers.
I would use ALL-NJ Movers again and recommend them.
Our experience with this company was amazing. We had a move from NJ to California and the entire experience was great. The entire team was efficient, respectful and friendly. Our driver, Rob, was terrific and the crew he brought in California was also really great. I will never use another company!! A special shoutout to the NJ side, especially Theresa! Thanks for keeping me informed and calm!!!!!
