I can not say enough about this company. I have moved many times and have never had such a great experience. They are professional, on time, and take the greatest care of your valuable possessions. I guarantee you will have a great experience from the first phone call until your last piece of furniture is moved. I will never use anyone but them.

Russell and Shannon made virtual scheduling super easy coming from the Orlando area to Charlotte area. Also, Alejandro was very informative and his crew worked hard and efficiently! Having been less than one week out from major surgery with several pets to consider, these guys were awesome!

First of all, my apologies for the delay in getting the survey officially in . . . . It's corny but true . . . if I could give more stars, I would. Nick promised us a white glove treatment and that is what we got. Shannon, Alejandro, and his crew were all on board in making sure we were happy. A lot of moves are fluid; ours was no exception. Nick was great at providing various estimates and what if scenarios so that we made sure we had the arrangements that fit our needs. Shannon provi ded detailed instructions for the day. Alejandro and his team just amazed me. I would have zero problem in recommending Road Haugs to anyone I know. Thank you ever so much!!!!!!!

Over all move and communication has been a refreshing change. The driver and additional man were really great and took careful consideration when moving and putting things back together. Very efficient!!

The movers were very good and considerate. I have moved a number of times and these movers were by far the best in regards to least amount of damage. They did lose my two-wheeler but they did give me money to replace it.

Second time we've used them for a long move.Aazing both times. Rafael and Bruce were great on the quote end and Fred and his crews were so good for loading and unloading. 100% highly recommend using NVL for any move!

The packing was very thorough, the move was timely and most of your staff were very friendly. Our stairs did get scuffed up and chipped at our move out address, so some additional training on move out and lifting might be helpful for that team.
