When it was time to move to my new home in the Central Coast of California from Orange County, I didn’t have to worry that the 3rd time wouldn’t be the charm.
Blake (the driver) and both crews he had with him (Los Angeles and Denver) were excellent--fast, efficient, and careful of my belongings. Blake kep me updated of his progress along the way and was punctual as to the delivery time. I did have a bag of towels that got lost, and Blake offered to reimburse me for them, but I said it was fine, as it wasn't a major loss.

From sunny Irvine, Southern California to Mid Michigan, over 2,200 miles, was a major change for my wife and I. From my initial conversation with Stephanie Garcia, until I signed the final invoice I knew that I was dealing with experts. She helped no matter how often I called. The movers called as promised to tell me when pickup and delivery were scheduled. They were expert movers, wrapping, loading, organ izing and identifying everything. My experience with National Van Lines in moving to Oregon from California was very positive. The driver kept me well-informed for pickup and delivery times, and had good crews to help him load and unload. I received all of my items, and all but 1 box and 1 lamp arrived in good shape. I would recommend National Van Lines to others for their household transport.
National Van Lines customer support staff were excellent. The delivery driver was excellent. All items were accounted for and undamaged. The cost estimate and final price for the move were excellent. However, the delivery window estimate & coordination could have been better - it was too wide and there seemed to be some initial lack of coordination with the pickup from the local mover. Thank you.
