I was extremely pleased with my National Van Lines move. My possessions were expertly and safely packed. There was no breakage, either of furniture or of crystal, china, or other fragile items. This is in very marked contrast to our previous move 8 years ago with another company, in which almost every item of furniture was broken or damaged and there was significant breakage of fragile items; so I know firsthand that the professional packing and handling that NVL provided requires valuable trai ning by the parent company. NVL personnel were proficient, polite, and friendly. Our move was complex because items from our departure location went to 4 different new locations. Norumbega Moving & Storage is a fantastic company to work with. They took great care in handling all of our belongings, packing them carefully to make sure they arrived safely at our new location. The guys who did all the packing and moving and carrying heavy boxes were all fantastic. We have used them several times and cannot compliment them enough.
