My coworker recommended me National Van Lines as he used them to move recently and was happy with the move. I used pack + move service to move from Seattle to Austin. The movers on both sides were great and professional. The packing crew did a great job packing everything in just a few hours. Nothing got lost or broken, which is surprising, considering the amount of stuff that was move. My belongings got delivered within the provided estimate and the price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with National Van Lines! I've never used a moving service before but have reached the age when neither I nor my friends should we schleping boxes and furniture. I knew nothing about how to get the project completed but started with Tom Harry at Moving Link and he helped me find Golden/National. The staff was simply wonderful! Everyone was friendly, organized, professional, and quick! Even the driver, Matthew, went out if his way to be helpful. It was so smooth and, while not "easy", we moved 2,000 with a minimum of work and worry. Thank you all!

For the most part the move went very smoothly. The packing team an excellent job of protecting our belongings and trying to make sure everything arrived intact. Someplace along the way, we're missing a few items that just weren't in the boxes we expected to find them. The delivery team tried to place the boxes in areas of the house were it made sense to be unpacked, but a few boxes were placed in the garage where they should have been placed elsewhere. We're still looking for certain key items, but at this stage we're not expecting to find them and may file a claim fir them.

Our team of packers and movers were very good, friendly, polite. We did feel like the truck team could have finished a little sooner, but were pleased that everything arrived in great shape, except a couple minor scratches and scuffs. We appreciate the flexibility in timing and great communication with Tiffany, efficiency and care with valuables of David and his assistant, and the communication and persistance to finish the job of Mark our driver and his crew were respectful and friendly, hard working.
