I requested a day of delivery and they delivered on that day. All of my items were brought into my new address. And they set up my beds, dressers that had mirrors on them, they even set up my TV stand.

National Van Lines moved us from Illinois to Tennessee and we couldnt be more pleased with the service. The team in Illinois that packed and loaded us (Callaghan) were very professional, respectful and friendly. Callaghans was very responsive to my calls and questions. They hustled on move day. The team in TN was equally as friendly, professional and respectful. Best of allnothing was broken. I highly recommend National Van Lines. Dont bother calling anyone else.

All went well. The couple that was sent to pack us was very efficient. My only complaint is the amount of paper used to pack everything. It was a little overkill. That being said, nothing was broken which Im sure was their goal~
