We had an excellent experience with National Van Lines. Our movers were Damon and Adam they were great guys to work with. Damon saved us some money when he determined that a shuttle wasn't necessary and that he'd be able to maneuver his rig on a difficult road to our home. He clearly know the dimensions of his truck and trailer and is a skilful driver. The guys notified us in advance when they were arriving and arrived when they said, loaded the truck quickly and skilfully, and called us reg ularly to keep us informed of their progress cross county. The unloading went very well and all of our possessions were in great shape. We're awaiting a refund check since we had prepaid for a shuttle so we'll see how quickly that arrives.
