It all went very well. Earl our driver was wonderful. Stayed in contact t with us every step of the way. If I had to state one issue to address, it would to ask the people moving the stuff around in the truck to me more cognizant of the boxes the are clearly marked fragile and try not to put the boxes that are clearly marked heavy on top of boxes marked fragile.

John our driver did a great job. We had to move some family heirlooms well over 100+ years old and John took care of these as if they belonged to him and his family. The amount of respect that man had for our belongings will be a service level we will always remember but makes us want to call NVL in the near future. Sam did a great job navigating my numerous questions from an inside perspective, I felt like I grilled Sam and he stuck through it to get us the confidence we needed. All in all this was an adventure I was extremely nervous about but NVL shined and delivered a great experience. Cant speak highly enough about John, his service alone makes me want to ask for him next time. Great job by everyone on this team top to bottom. As one that is in sales myself, confidence from the customer is key and John delivered it with a smile

Both ends of our delivery were great. They wrapped all furniture.came when they said they would and delivered and set up at other end. The office people in Illinois were also great. They always kept us informed about everything. No problems at all.

From start to finish NVL staff (Michael & Kelli) were most helpful in guiding me through this move. It was stressful; but with their reassurance everything went pretty smooth. The shuttle service was a small hiccup; but Earl & his crew made it work. Thank you NVL for a relatively smooth transition in getting halfway across the country with only minimal issues.

First rate. Our move went smoothly with very minor damage, primarily caused by our packing. Our movers Pedro and Jeff are top shelf. We couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. Would recommend Astro of New England anytime.
