My experience with Brian and national was exemplary start to finish. Brian is passionate about customer service, and most importantly transparent and honest. There was never a point where I felt Brian wasnt in my corner and recommending the best choices for my move. This was our second full service move and the team that packed, loaded, and unloaded our home was wonderful. They took great pride in their work and I would happily recommend working with Brian, National, and Relaxation Relocations t o anyone! *I understand this is a review for National, but I would be remiss not to mention Relaxation Relocations, as they are the ones that you brokered my move to. They deserve the real accolades here. This was the only area where I felt deceived, because I asked specifically if a NVL truck and crew would be coming to do our move. The group that arrived was fantastic, otherwise this would be a different review*

Speedwell movers and national van lines were extremely helpful and professional. Ive moved many times while in the military and found this move to be one of the very best.

Honestly our move was great with National Van Lines. We were super nervous about a cross country move after dealing with a nightmare the last time we did. However, even with our guard up National Van Lines delivered on all their promises. The movers showed were very nice and took extremely good care of belongings. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process. They were on time and everything got to us quickly and safe. We will only being using NVL in the future and we were satisfied with the price we paid for the service we received.

Excellent service! My Florida to New Jersey move was seamless, from the first phone call to the planning stage, the detailed inventory taking on moving day, the regular communication in the days preceding and during transit, all the way through the unloading of final item at my second of two destinations. Adam and Michelle were responsive and detail oriented. The superstar was Bruno, driver extraordinaire! He was detailed-oriented, conscientious, careful, highly experienced, communicative, re sponsible, and very personable. An overall great person to work with. He instilled confidence and took excellent care of my property. Ive moved long distance several times. Never this seamlessly, smoothly and expertly. Very highly recommend. Thank you.

Definitely 5 stars,I was very impressed, I had most of the boxes packed,my issue was with the closing of our new house in a different state, when they changed the closing date I called and asked if National VanLines would be able to help me hold my stuff a few extra days and they did, no problem at all. All that I talked to in this company was very professional and helpful, not one broken or scratched item. Thank you
