The staff at Belfor Moving and Storage in CA were a great team for this move. Everything from the estimate to scheduling and even their responsiveness on moving day was incredible. The worker they hired to help the driver was 3 hrs late and my husband and I watched as he seemed incapable of doing anything without the driver telling him what to do. The driver did almost all of the work himself. I love Jerry our driver!!! He was amazing! I wish I could hire him every time I have to move. National Van Lines was superb and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!
Communication with the original sales representative was clear and consistent. Then for the actual move, the drivers updated me regularly with the ETA as their schedules changed. The delivery to my final destination happened in 4 days and everything arrived in great condition. I was very happy with the loaders and unloaders (separate teams). Both were kind, attentive, and professional. It was a great experience and I felt I got good value from National.
On both ends of the move the National Van Lines team did a great job. The Chicago based crew were on time, professional and took excellent care of the furniture being sent to Oregon. The communication was very good and the driver was on time for the delivery window in Eugene. My family there say the team was courteous and were quick to unload the bedroom set and place it in the garage. This furniture was very special to my family as it was my parents bedroom furniture and they would have bee n so happy to see it go to one of their grandchildren. Many thanks to all of the National Van Lines team for helping pack and transport these valuable memories!

The driver and crew were very quick, very respectful, and professional. They wrapped up and boxed everything very well, zero issues. The driver was outstanding with his orchestration of the activity and made us feel very comfortable with all of our goods going with him for a long journey. We will definitely use National Van Lines again for our next move.
Bruno was a supportive and kind person. He recognized that at my advanced age he needed patience with me and he was great!! My family who received the load also spoke highly of how everything was handled. Although everything went to storage, he did a remarkable job of keeping things for five recipients separate.
