I used AtoB Moving and Storage in Auburn, Wa to load my belongings. Samantha was a great resource and answered all of my questions. She kept me updated on any changes and was always friendly. John was the driver for National Van Lines. He kept me updated on where they were and when they would arrive. He and the crew did a great job unloading the boxes and my furniture. He made sure the crew placed everything where I needed it to be. Originally I was gonna use a pod but I'm glad I used AtoB movin g and national van lines.

I don't see how I could have had a better experience. Craig and Alex Belfor were clear in their communication from the very start. They made it extremely easy to get them the information they needed to make an estimate. The estimate seemed very fair and we had no reservations approving the scope and price. We had a few adjustments along the way. The Belfors were flexible and responsive. Alex also helped connected us with an auto transporter for one of our cars. That price was reasonable. The service was excellent. The car was waiting for us when we arrived. Earl Whitehead, our driver, is a powerhouse! He arrived on time (even a little early), had a very professional crew with him to pack and load, and secured everything well. He communicated very clearly about what to expect with timing. Then he did everything he said he would. There were no surprises at all. The crew he had with him to unload were, as with the loaders, professional, quick, and clear. Everything about the ex perience inspired confidence. 100% would use NVL again and would recommend it without reservations.

I highly recommend National Van Lines. I had a complex, cross country delivery. It required 3 delivery locations, as part of this one move. It went smoothly, and even when it required an additional stop, the movers were so accommodating. From start to finish, this move was as stress free as it possibly could have been. I would use this moving company again in a heart beat. All Jersey Movers was part of this move. They are great.

Our moving experience with National Van Lines Inc. was incredibly satisfying, convenient, safe, secure and complete from end to end. Sales Rep Mr. David Jacobs was very friendly, practical and professional in providing us with great initial estimates, scheduling packing, loading, delivery and unloading experience beyond our best expectations. Mr. Jacobs with is friendly and pleasant personality, is extremely easy to work with. We had moved 5-6 times so far in US in last 35 years, but this was by far the best trouble free, safe and secure moving experience. All our belonging were delivered in tact without any breakage, damage or loss. Every item was treated as extremely precious while packing, loading, unloading and setting up at our destination. The driver of the 18 wheeler truck, Martin Muniz, was incredibly helpful at all steps of the way, hauling our stuff over 2000 miles from California to Illinois. He managed the teams at loading and unloading, which were tremendously careful an d efficient in loading ad delivering our household stuff. Some of the extremely heavy items were also handled so well, we were pleasantly surprised by the performance of the crews. Those were the items, we always thought could not be moved. All timing, scheduling and processes always kept us in the center with respect to convenience and comfort. Finally the cost was very reasonable, and totally unbeatable by competitors. From our best experience, we would recommend National Van Lines Inc. for yo ur move in a strongest possible manner. We had to move some office furniture from a closing office in Red Bank, NJ to two offices in Boston, MA and Columbus, OH. Scheduling and quoting was a pretty pain free process and thankfully could be done over email (my office looks down on phone usage during work hours) for the most part. Sam, our move coordinator, was very responsive when we had questions or concerns come up. The day of the load out from Red Bank, NJ went very well. The movers were working with a very tight move timeline as the building restricted elevator usage for moves after 8AM. However Bryan and Jose (I believe that was the NJ-based movers first name) both got it done and were extremely polite and on top of it. They had blankets, ratchet straps, tags, tape, the whole 9 yards. I ended up buying them coffee before they hit the road as a thank you. The 1st load out in Boston went great. With the office manager based there particularly calling out Bryan's helpfulness in placing the furniture and even tighte ning some legs on furniture that was dropped off to that office. The 2nd load out in Columbus went similarly. Bryan (the main contact based out of Lexington, KY I believe) was extremely cordial and professional. The entire stock of furniture was packed up on Sept 12th, arrived in Boston the next day, then got to Columbus by the 14th.

Blaine and Mayfield did an outstanding job on our Colorado move. We had good communication on both pickup and arrival with them and Jennifer in the office was also very helpful. We also had a very narrow staircase and fresh paint on the walls in the new home, and even our largest pieces were very quickly and safely unloaded. Thank you!

We have used Astro for our last several moves. They are thorough from estimating, understanding customer needs and preferences, flexible with scheduling and communicating quickly and appropriately. Moving can have lots of challenges- Astro rises to each occasion that is a credit to their industry.

I moved from Chino Hills CA to Bothell WA. I have never made a huge move and I have never used a moving service. I spoke to many different transportation companies. Maison Movers - the agent - was professional. He explained the moving process. I have an antique baby grand piano and he was the first company to say they move large items like this all the time. He provided insurance on it as well. Bob was my driver. He was amazing. We had a rough start because I was a nervous wreck. He helped put my mind at ease. They came on 9/25 to load my belongings. They arrived to Bothell WA on 9/29 to unload my belongings. The agent Daniel checked in twice to make sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend National Van Lines. I am happy I used them.
