I have never needed a mover before and I was unsure of the process. I called 2 companies that were disappointing. Then I spoke with Crystal at National Van Lines. It was a completely different experience! Crystal walked me through the process and answered all my questions and there were many. Even when my needs changed she was easy to work with and always had a positive attitude! The items I needed moved were family heirlooms and very important to me. When the movers came they were so p ersonable and understood the importance of the items and did a wonderful job of being efficient as well as mindful of the care that was needed. When the truck arrived to deliver the items there was a small issue. There was only one mover and I had many large and heavy items. He made a call and a short time later another mover arrived. Dante never stopped working while he waited for the other man to arrive. It was amazing to see how quickly but thoughtfully they worked! I don't know if I w ill ever need another mover but if I do I know I will be calling National Van Line!

I used A to Z to move from MA to NC. It was not your typical move. The sale of my house fell through multiple times and I needed to reschedule the packing and moving dates several times. When it finally came down to the move Paul was able to arrange the packing of my house and the loading of my house to be shipped within 10 days. To make it even more amazing was he was on vacation on a cruise ship in the Caribbean and always answered my calls and text messages promptly. If you are thinking of mo ving and want the most stressful part taken care of use A to Z moving and storage in Pelham NH. Trust me you wont regret it!

I am very satisfied with the move. The customer service rep Jose was extremely helpful by answering all my questions when scheduling the move. The driver Gerry was also helpful. He took the time to address my concerns at pickup. He delivered all of the items in a timely manner and without damages.

B & C Moving were phenomenal. They were incredibly professional and nice , from our first call with Germaine to the end of the move. The men were super careful packing all of our things, not one item was broken. extraordinary care was taken loading and unloading the moving van. Francisco and Jorge came one day before moving day and packed each item with care. everyone involved with with our move did a terrific job. i highly recommend them.

This is my second time in 4 years using the company and although they have grown, the professionalism, quality of service, and overall experience was the same, from the initial inquiry to my move date. They were flexible when my closing date changed and worked hard to get me back on the books for a date that worked for me ASAP. Through all of the chaos of purchasing and selling our homes, the moving process was by far the least stressful part. The movers showed up on time and were professional and extremely FAST!
