Day Transfer was the National Van Lines affiliate that moved my belongings on a semi from MO to NM. I was pleased with my entire process with National Van Lines, and would recommend them as well as Day Transfer for any long distance move. Kenya and his team were friendly, on time, and diligent in the truck unloading process. First, Kenya updated me on his travels from NC to MO to pick up my stuff at the warehouse. He then let me know when they had loaded our belongings and what his ETA would be. Then, on the day of the arrival he and his team worked closely with us to ensure our belongings were unloaded to the correct locations in our new house. I enjoyed getting to know Kenya and his team and thoroughly recommend them!

We just had Day Transfer move us across the state for a military move. They were AMAZING!!! From the first interaction when Jeremy came to look around, to packing all of our stuff, to loading the truck, then unloading. Everyone we worked with was wonderful, and they took great care of us. It was our first military move, so we didn't know what to expect, and I must say, our expectations were exceeded! Greg was our driver, and his crew was top notch! I highly recommend them if you need to move (we moved from Jackson, MO to the greater KC area).

Effective quick responses facilitated our move. We chose for them to do all the packing. Wow--best money I've spent. Crew of nice, experienced men showed up on time, efficiently packed our entire house and GARAGE into boxes in 6 hours for moving the next day. Doing this ourselves would have taken days and probably would not be done as well as they did it. Moving went great. Movers showed up at the stated time of 8:30AM. Loading the truck and unloading with repositioning our boxes into the new house was done with a smile. Even when we made errors about what went where and they had to move it several times, there was no grumbling. The owners came to the house and gave us a bid with a "not to exceed" limit. They were often on site and when they were not Mr. Morris ensured the crew moved efficiently. The final bill came in more than $800 less. I am glad we spent a little more and got the crew pizza for lunch. They expressed their appreciation. The crew was a mix of fellas, but each of them were concerned with our move and worked to make us satisfied.
