This was the best decision we ever made. The most carefree thing about our move. They were very nice & professional. They were on time and they were very quick with the loading and unloading. They were so organized with the unload at our new house. Every item that went in the truck had a sticker and a number And then every item was checked off as it was leaving the truck so we knew we got everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is moving short distance or like us across country.

We called National Van Lines at the last minute to help us move from North Carolina to Florida. National Van Lines provided a consistently high level of service throughout the entire moving process. The mover who arrived was a professional and ensured the move went smoothly, from picking up our belongings in NC to delivery in Florida. However, none of this would have been possible without Stephanie Garcia, who went above and beyond to find a team member who could facilitate our moving needs at a time when our original plans fell through. We are truly grateful for Stepahnie's tenacity, professionalism and follow-through. Thank you!! We highly recommend National Van Lines. Incidentally, it was National Van Lines who moved us from Florida to North Carolina, so it is fitting that NVL moved us back to Florida.

We were pleased with the process from start to finish, from John with the quote and his professionalism and transparency, to adherence to our pick up and delivery needs, to Oscar the driver who was courteous and professional, and especially to the delivery crew Leon, David and Kyle who were courteous efficient and extremely hard working. My experience with Brian and national was exemplary start to finish. Brian is passionate about customer service, and most importantly transparent and honest. There was never a point where I felt Brian wasnt in my corner and recommending the best choices for my move. This was our second full service move and the team that packed, loaded, and unloaded our home was wonderful. They took great pride in their work and I would happily recommend working with Brian, National, and Relaxation Relocations t o anyone! *I understand this is a review for National, but I would be remiss not to mention Relaxation Relocations, as they are the ones that you brokered my move to. They deserve the real accolades here. This was the only area where I felt deceived, because I asked specifically if a NVL truck and crew would be coming to do our move. The group that arrived was fantastic, otherwise this would be a different review*
