We recently move from FLA to NY and our driver Wally made the experience great. Wally was very professional, organized and communicative and reduced the stress during a very stressful time for my wife and I. My wife and I have nothing but praise for our salesman, Dennis Leash, and our driver, Robert E. Smith. Our move from Northern California to Upstate New York could not have gone more smoothly from start to finish. On our first call, Dennis explained the moving process in detail outlining which services National Van Lines offered (for example crating artwork) and an estimated cost of each. Dennis was extremely patient and helpful answering our questions until we made a final decision to use NVL f or our move. Robert and his packing team arrived on time each day and worked diligently throughout. The team was polite, efficient and tidy. Dennis checked in throughout the packing and loading to ensure we were happy with the work, and to answer any questions we may have had. Again, Robert arrived on time at the delivery address. The East Coast team was equally efficient and polite, and the unloading was completed without issue. The service provided by NVL - Dennis and Robert in particular w as first class. My wife and I can recommend NVL without hesitation.

Jack at AQMS was professional and thorough when giving me my original quote and getting me set up (I vetted over 15 vendors), and Amber was great with keeping me in the loop as my items went across the country. Delivery team was also excellent. Will be recommending national van lines to friends and family for future cross country moves.

Moving to our daughters outside Memphis, TN. Nick was right on the money with the cost and very personable. Shannon answered all my questions as we got closer to the move and so helpful. Our packers, Gabe and Brian were terrific. Fast, efficient and all arrived safely. Felix and the local crew were great. Took such good care of everything they packed into the truck. Felix arrived when he said he would and unloaded by himself because his help didnt show up. He never was upset and did a wonderful job. Im not sure how he managed but he deserves a bonus!!!! All in all I would highly recommend your services. Thanks for your efficiency, work ethic, on time performance and nice people to work with.
