What Our Customers Are Saying
My things may be stored a long time while I research Chattanooga for my new home. I was shocked however to have a bill that was nearly $2000 MORE than what was estimated. I was over a barrel too you had my belongings what could I do? Although I added a couple of items I also took off several items from the move. And things I was told you would box were not boxed or bagged and in the original estimate I was going to be charged for these- was I charged?
I'm very disappointed. Especially since I've already referred friends to you. I see in my storage that a couple of boxes are crushed but too difficult to get to them. Also the TVs aren't marked and those boxes all look alike so I'll have to go out and buy one I suppose.
Then you sent me a memo saying the other couple on the same moving truck is missing a set of dishes and could I see if they are in my storage. I was happy to look buy unless they are obvious- which they apparently aren't. I may not find them for years unless youwant to send people over to move everything to look for them. It's impossible for me to see them in this huge pile I'm afraid.
This move cost me $3000 more than I was expecting and that was just for the furniture! So yes I'm dismayed and very upset ..

The National Van Line operation was a class act operation from your agent Chris in Monterey to Leroy the driver who delivered all the furnishings and personal materials to Boca Raton. Everything arrived in excellent shape and on time here in Boca. The dismantling during uploading and reassembling during unloading were done with a high level of care, professionalism, and executed like clockwork. So many extra efforts were made at both locations to ensure a highly satisfactory result that definitely reduced the stress level of physically moving across country. The personal cooperation from all concerned was deeply appreciated. It ran like a turn-key operation from coast to coast. With gratitude, Jerry Hildebrand, Lynn University
