Joe Bonnie never disappoints and this move which combined two households and 1000 miles did an amazing job. The packing was meticulous and I'm happy to report that absolutely nothing was broken or damaged. Our loaders and drivers were truly the best crew I've ever experienced. They were neat, polite, timely, efficient, and very, very careful. From the first day of packing to the last day of unloading everything went smoothly and made this transition easy. Do not choose your moving company based on cost, choose a company with a flawless reputation, which is what I did and will continue to do.

We had to get all the contents out of our family condo in Florida by the end of February and have it shipped to NJ. We were flying in to pack everything up and had a small window of time to get it done. I was so worried about it all going smoothly. Leta , who works in the office, was awesome to work with and completely relieved all my fears! She seemed to really care and was so nice to talk to! The team that came to pack everything and load the truck were amazing ! They were very organized and efficient! We had no idea how well and with how much care they packed our items until we saw it all being unpacked when it arrived in NJ! Besides large furniture, we had a lot of breakables.lamps , glass table tops, mirrors, etc and not one thing was broken because of how thorough each item was wrapped. The team that delivered it all, were amazing as well and quickly got everything unloaded and did a great job putting the furniture together. We had two dressers with minor scratch es but Leta made sure that someone from claims contacted me and they promptly sent someone out to inspect them. We were very happy with the job Ron Goldstein did on repairing them. Overall, We are very pleases with the entire experience!

Your staff is top notch. Very nice and competent, as well as good attitudes. The cousin team for Nashville delivery were great! Only complaint was Nationals inability to give me any idea of dates. I stayed in town for 10 days due to not trusting proper warning for delivery after my previous Florida move gave me 15 hours. Luckily, I had a son on paternity leave that was able to come. No backup for Nashville. Loved working with del Ray Melissa Gross from Joe Bonnie, as well as Theresa!

My move from West Palm Beach to Chicago was great. The loading crew in West Palm were professional and thorough in packing up the dressers, lamps, coffee tables, love seat, etc. I apprceciated not having to empty my dressers. That was a real plus and time saver. The crew on the other end in Chicago were equally as competent and professional. I was most appreciative that they were able to deliver my things on the first day in the time range stated on the agreement. We were very pleased with National Van Lines. I have moved 18 times in my life, so I know a little about the process. The packing was very well done and quick. The boxes were sealed exceptionally well. The bottoms were secured at all access points. The pickup was done with no damage to the walls and the workers were hard workers! Monty was the driver and he was awesome. He called and texted to make sure I knew when he would arrive and also gave me a good window for delivery. The delivery wen t smoothly and when we opened all of our boxes we did not have a single thing that broke from packing to unpacking. I would definitely say my experience was exceptional!

Joe Bonnie and Son had done a super good job in packing. The driver arrived on the appointed day and time and did well with loading, but it took him longer than what we anticipated to receive our household goods. He had other loads to deliver first. The only surprise was that the driver refused to unpack the wardrobes and remove that debris. I had paid for such unpacking! The cars, however, arrived safely and all went well. You all get an A plus.

I had a great experience from start too finish with the National team. Monty was our driver/coordinator. He was extremely professional, efficient and a good communicator. The pickup went smoothly and the delivery at the other end was perfect. They unpacked all the furniture and placed it as directed. It was overall an excellent experience due to Monty's expertise.
