They did an awesome job, especially compared to the company we used a few years ago. The were easy to work with, their fees are straightforward and very reasonable, and the guys were great. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service we received. Our family moved from Florida to Texas so it was a big move. I am happy to report that we received all of our items and only had one bowl break in the process. I was warned by many people to not use a mover as they believe they either lose your items or even steal them. That was far from our experience. I was going to use a container shipment company until I called for an estimate and found that it was very competitive against the rat e that I received so we decided to go with a full service mover instead. These people are moving experts and also very friendly and easy to talk to. They made a very stressful move better for us. I highly recommend Sam's Express with National Van Lines!!

It started out on the wrong foot but then National took charge and everything went in the right direction, they had a broker in Florida that was there rep and they had to take charge that rep in Florida was a thief but National took over and everything went SMOOTH after Aron took over I would give them a 10 for what transpired in the end!!

All of our belongings made it across the country. Nothing was lost, and the movers showed up exactly when they said they would.

Did not know what to expect after hearing the horrible stories about moving companies. I researched and decided to use this NVL. My furniture arrived with a few scratches. The gentleman that packed and unpacked were very professional and courteous. They worked extremely hard at their jobs. Office staff and agent were unreachable at times and calls were not returned. All that said not a horrible experience.

Booking agent discussed all aspects of packing. Are loading and unloading was completed as scheduled per Carlos. Both of us were concerned with the speed of one of the young men loading and unloading. Luckily no damage was done. At the completion there was an item missing. It was a Little Giant 3 step ladder. It was ordered and received but it was only a 2 step ladder which we did accept. We would use all agents and would recommend all to others
