Professional Moving and Storage has helped our family with multiple moves, both small and large, both local and distance. Each time has gone really smoothly and they have been dependable and punctual. There have been no issues. We have also used their storage options for both long term storage (renting a climate controlled unit) and short term storage (storing new furniture till we were ready for it). We highly recommend this company!
Effective quick responses facilitated our move. We chose for them to do all the packing. Wow--best money I've spent. Crew of nice, experienced men showed up on time, efficiently packed our entire house and GARAGE into boxes in 6 hours for moving the next day. Doing this ourselves would have taken days and probably would not be done as well as they did it. Moving went great. Movers showed up at the stated time of 8:30AM. Loading the truck and unloading with repositioning our boxes into the new house was done with a smile. Even when we made errors about what went where and they had to move it several times, there was no grumbling. The owners came to the house and gave us a bid with a "not to exceed" limit. They were often on site and when they were not Mr. Morris ensured the crew moved efficiently. The final bill came in more than $800 less. I am glad we spent a little more and got the crew pizza for lunch. They expressed their appreciation. The crew was a mix of fellas, but each of them were concerned with our move and worked to make us satisfied.
My best move ever, and I have moved many times! Everyone I encountered from Reese my booking agent, Ulises my driver ,the gentleman that delivered my car and the two gentlemen loading me in Kansas and the one helping to unload in Arizona were outstanding. They treated me and my furniture with care and respect.
This couldn't have gone smoother. John was an amazing lead on this job. He did an incredible job incredibly fast and efficient. Everything arrived safe and sound. He was prompt, very helpful and friendly and just a blessing to work with. I was fortunate to be the only load he had so timing was perfect as I needed to get settled quickly for work purposes. Being a single woman relocating accross country, I couldn't have hoped for things to go smoother. Great job!!
Professional Moving and Storage helped make our sons move out of state as easy and stress free as possible. They were wonderful to work with, arrived on move in day on time, everything they stored and moved for us arrived in perfect condition, and they even took all the empty boxes away for us which was a huge help. Weve used their services before and have always had a good experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Anytime I had to move in the past, it was using a U-Haul truck with family and friends. This last time, the best thing for me to do was to hire a moving company who did all the work saving me the stress, worry, overwhelm, and my back. Nick and Elijah did a remarkable job with the inventory of everything I had that would go with me. They wrapped each individual piece of furniture with a blanket and then also wrapped that item with plastic. They took great care of all my belongings when they loade d everything. When it came time to unload, another man, Mitch, was there to help. After laying down the pretty blue floor runners, they waited for instructions from me as to where to place my stuff, and then they proceeded to unload
everything. I was grateful and impressed with how they worked together, and I would definitely recommend this company.
The team was courteous and efficient and the move went smoothly. A couple of items were broken and quickly repaired which I greatly appreciated. They packed the fine china and finished up the odds and ends which I was then too tired to do. I think next time I will have them pack my whole house and save me the headache. Thank you!
