I had an excellent experience with A2B!! I was dreading this move but Anthony and Travis made it a breeze for me. They were professional and courteous and even fun! They were fast too and stacked everything in my storage units perfectly, I even had more room than I thought I would. They really know what they're doing. It was well worth the money and I will use them again!

Moving day is an excruciating event. The crew from A2B made it SO much better! Tim, Brandon, Jeff, and Anthony were absolutely amazing. First, they were extremely efficient and professional. They didn't even let us load our own cars. Every time I picked something up, one of them was there to take it out of my hands. Most importantly, they had us smiling and laughing through what was an extremely difficult day. Our dog is very cautious around strangers. Brandon (who is a grilling expert) shared his lunch with her. Jeff was so patient with her, she let him pet her. Samantha and Cheyenne in the office were a pleasure to work with. Again, efficient, professional, went above and beyond. Kathy in accounting was truly a joy. We felt like they treated us as friends, not just customers. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!

The only problem was the new computer system that was being used. Took a while to get the docusign documents correct regarding the proper insurance which took almost a week or more. No one in their correct state of mind would sign for .60 cents per pound to insure their property. James eventually got all that straightened out and we finalized the contract for the 1900 mile move from WA to AR. I can't say enough good things about the Driver (WILLIAM EBERT) and the pick and delivery crews. Bi ll oversaw every aspect of the loading process, everything was appropriately wrapped, loaded and stacked with only one exception. This was discovered during the unloading process in AR. An Ham radio amplifier that was placed in the wrong position even though the box was correctly labeled with arrows, I have not yet set it up as of yet. Bill stayed in touch during the entire trip keeping me advised of his location and eta which was great. Upon arrival at my home I met his crew, a mom and son team that impressed the hell out of me, very knowledgeable and professional, who just could not do enough to ensure everything was in the proper place. I Highly recommend National Van Lines for your move, and if you can get Bill as your driver and his crew, you can be assured of a great move with no headaches or concerns. The company provided very good service and hard working loaders and unloaders. We are satisfied with the quality of the work. However, we have unpacked ALL of the many boxes, and still have not found my high end toaster, and two favorite cooking pans. It seems remarkable that this one box was lost, considering that we were the only load in the truck!! Please advise!?
