The team in Illinois that packed and loaded us (Callaghan) were very professional, respectful and friendly. Callaghans was very responsive to my calls and questions. They hustled on move day. I had an excellent experience with my recent move! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care. Jose, the moving agent, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was friendly and very responsive. Dennis, the driver, was equally outstanding punctual, efficient, and careful with my belongings. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure everything arrived safely and on time. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend this moving c ompany to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers.
Wonderful WONDERFUL experience. I was worried about my move. Too many horror stories about trucks not arriving, or pricing drastically changing AFTER property was loaded. It's a scammy workday out there. I looked at some "movers" (like Adam's moving, ahem) where the company yiu sign up with is NOT the company who moves you . They are mire like a referral service than true moving company. And no responsibility if something went wrong. With National, they did the quote, they did the load, the y did the drive, and they unloaded. I knew who was my contact throughout. And the driver? Oh my! Tyler was so easy to work with. He arranged the loaders, the unloaded, and all of it. He managed it instead of getting lost in the little things, and then he drove it. Arrived on time both sides, and with very little damage. I give these guts give stars AND my appreciation. An awesome job. Thank you.
I recently moved from the California bay area to Atlanta Georgia. National Van Lines did a great job moving my household. They not only delivered items going to my temporary address but also the remainder to a nearby storage facility. It was a very stressful time for me but National Van Lines put me at ease. I would recommend them!
National Van Lines delivered on its quote removing much anxiety over logistics on the move-in to the new destination. Their driver was very attentive and was willing to communicate with the customer throughout the moving process. All the necessary attention was provided to my home furnishings on both ends of the move - thank you! My only complaint was the lack of communication between the packing subcontractors, the driver, and myself during the move-out.
The overall experience was very good. The survey was conducted virtually which was more convenient. The price was fair. Communication throughout the process was adequate; my questions were answered clearly. The process was thoroughly explained. The movers were very professional. All my things arrived in good condition and were (dis)assembled as needed. My only issue was the delay I was given a window for delivery and everything was delivered 4 or 5 days after that window. But, all things conside red, it was a very good service at a good/fair price.
We were very satisfied with the service we received for our interstate move with National Van Lines. The local carrier they partnered with was very professional and courteous and the driver/owner made sure we were taken care of and completely satisfied. Both the loading crew and the offloading crew were polite and worked to make sure all our belongings were carefully handled. We also appreciated the personal service from Stephanie G., who helped guide us through the initial quote process and answered all our questions.
