I was VERY impressed with the entire process working with National. Sandra at the Tucson office is AMAZING. The driver who delivered my furniture was also a great guy. There was some damage to the piano and a missing bolt piece that holds the stand up, but it's not a big deal. I really appreciated the efforts by everyone involved to make this happen. I'll definitely recommend National to anyone I can.

I recently had the pleasure of working with National Van Lines for my move earlier this month, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! Stephanie Garcia was not only professional but also incredibly personable, taking the time to walk me through every step of the process and answer all the questions I had. They provided detailed information on the services available and made sure I understood what to expect every step of the way. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my move was smooth and stress-free were unparalleled. The driver/moving person, Brian O'Malley, who showed up on the big day, was equally fantastic! They were prompt, efficient, and treated my belongings with the utmost care. Every box, piece of furniture, and fragile item was handled as if it were their own. I was especially impressed with how quickly and safely everything was packed, loaded, and transpo rted. Mr. O'Malley also worked with my parents in CA to make sure things were unloaded safely and securely in my storage unit while I slowly drove down from WA. What stood out the most, though, was the level of communication. Stephanie Garcia kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, providing updates, answering any questions I had, and making adjustments when needed. It felt reassuring to have someone so dedicated on my side, especially with all the stress that comes with moving from WA to CA. I truly couldn't have asked for a better moving experience, and I would highly recommend National Van Lines to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused moving company. Billie and Robert are exceptional workers in every way. Thank you for sending them to both load and unload our homes. We cant say enough good about them. They are every employers dream. Not one scrape, wall mark, or dents. Ultra-professional. Unfortunately the same cant be said about the gentleman who joined them for the unload. That man left his mark all over our brand new, new-construction home. Wall dents, paint scraping, and dirty hand marks on doors, walls, and trim. He asked to use a guest bathroom and left it looking like a bunch of 5 year olds were in there. Billy and Robert: 5 stars Tyler: no stars

I used AtoB Moving and Storage in Auburn, Wa to load my belongings. Samantha was a great resource and answered all of my questions. She kept me updated on any changes and was always friendly. John was the driver for National Van Lines. He kept me updated on where they were and when they would arrive. He and the crew did a great job unloading the boxes and my furniture. He made sure the crew placed everything where I needed it to be. Originally I was gonna use a pod but I'm glad I used AtoB movin g and national van lines.

I don't see how I could have had a better experience. Craig and Alex Belfor were clear in their communication from the very start. They made it extremely easy to get them the information they needed to make an estimate. The estimate seemed very fair and we had no reservations approving the scope and price. We had a few adjustments along the way. The Belfors were flexible and responsive. Alex also helped connected us with an auto transporter for one of our cars. That price was reasonable. The service was excellent. The car was waiting for us when we arrived. Earl Whitehead, our driver, is a powerhouse! He arrived on time (even a little early), had a very professional crew with him to pack and load, and secured everything well. He communicated very clearly about what to expect with timing. Then he did everything he said he would. There were no surprises at all. The crew he had with him to unload were, as with the loaders, professional, quick, and clear. Everything about the ex perience inspired confidence. 100% would use NVL again and would recommend it without reservations.

I highly recommend National Van Lines. I had a complex, cross country delivery. It required 3 delivery locations, as part of this one move. It went smoothly, and even when it required an additional stop, the movers were so accommodating. From start to finish, this move was as stress free as it possibly could have been. I would use this moving company again in a heart beat. All Jersey Movers was part of this move. They are great.
