My interstate move was fairly small and met the minimum 1,000 pound load. After obtaining several quotes from other companies, I realized that this minimum load requirement was much less than from their competitors. The moving agent consistently responded quickly and thoroughly to provide the quote and answer my questions. The driver coordinated the packing, loading and unloading and kept me in the loop. I live on the receiving end of this move. The driver took the time to carefully unload and a ssemble the furniture and work with me on the placement in my home. My experience was great! They weee a few days later than estimate, but the driver and helper were unbelievably helpful, careful and kind. I have never needed a mover before and I was unsure of the process. I called 2 companies that were disappointing. Then I spoke with Crystal at National Van Lines. It was a completely different experience! Crystal walked me through the process and answered all my questions and there were many. Even when my needs changed she was easy to work with and always had a positive attitude! The items I needed moved were family heirlooms and very important to me. When the movers came they were so p ersonable and understood the importance of the items and did a wonderful job of being efficient as well as mindful of the care that was needed. When the truck arrived to deliver the items there was a small issue. There was only one mover and I had many large and heavy items. He made a call and a short time later another mover arrived. Dante never stopped working while he waited for the other man to arrive. It was amazing to see how quickly but thoughtfully they worked! I don't know if I w ill ever need another mover but if I do I know I will be calling National Van Line!

I used A to Z to move from MA to NC. It was not your typical move. The sale of my house fell through multiple times and I needed to reschedule the packing and moving dates several times. When it finally came down to the move Paul was able to arrange the packing of my house and the loading of my house to be shipped within 10 days. To make it even more amazing was he was on vacation on a cruise ship in the Caribbean and always answered my calls and text messages promptly.
