We had the best experience all around from the very first phone call until the last piece of furniture was delivered! All the movers on Andrews team were so positive and helpful and had great attitudes not to mention were efficient and careful! We were truly so impressed. Andrew was also wonderful and quick! His called is a week before to set up delivery time and date and true to his word, he was exactly where he said hed be at the exact time. He always took phone calls (though we only had 1 dur ing the week he had our stuff) and was a true gem. Kelly Kirkman made the whole thing happen in a smooth, efficient, and professional way and she was always available too!! It truly was the best part of this moving experience for us. What a breath a fresh air to not worry about 13 years of a home packed up and moved across the country. It was the only part we didnt have to worry about!! I will never use anyone else-this experience far exceeded our expectations (which are generally high) and i f there were 10 stars we would give them!

Absolutely wonderful moving experience. Two houses full of furniture from California to Oregon. Ben Strength arranged all aspects of the move and did an outstanding job. This was a big, cross country move after 22 years in one spot. From the quote/proposal phase with Jacks thoughtful tips and suggestions about packing and his careful attention to my comments regarding pressure points and pricing, to the crew that physically moved us, we couldn't have been more delighted. It was wonderful having the same crew pick up and deliver our items.

Recently l moved from Chicago to San Diego w/ a different company The experience was next to challenging. I was presented w bills it seemed at every turn contrary to what was quoted.I moved back to Chicago in several months. With the first company items were lost and destroyed. With National I had one person who followed through w/ the entire move with no hidden charges. At arrival in Chicago I had a crew who moved me in, unpacked and I chose the extra service of 'putting way.' I was impresse d and not disappointed with service and personnel. The compliment comes from a picky customer who expects competence and honesty. ESP kudos to Blake and in Chicago Alex (mover warehouse.) Anything else?

Nice job on both ends of the move. Our rep Blake Contardi was with us every step of the way from pre move planning, during our first leg (with minor issues) and then at our home base where he was there in person to greet us and help complete the move. Drivers on both ends were very professional. Weather and parking issues were handled well and everything went smoothly. The team solved a difficult issue with a desk that had to be dismantled and expertly packed for shipment across the country . One of the movers went to U-tube for assistance after trying everything possible to get it from the third floor office. Crew on the back end unloaded and assist in placement of all items. Site was left clean and the crew respected the rules of our community which was appreciated. I would want a professional rep like Blake behind the scenes for my next move to make everything go smoothly.

In December 2023, I moved back to the East coast after 26 years living in San Diego, CA. Four years of packing and trying to sell my house during the COVID years was not easy, but I was able to recently purchase a new home in Kershaw, SC. My California realtor highly recommended the moving services of Blake Contardi at AQMS National Moving. Through AQMS National Moving, I was paired with B&K Moving Company. AN EXCELLENT GROUP OF MOVERS!!! They were patient with us, careful with our items that were moved on/off their trucks from one destination to the next. B&K Moving were willing to wait as we packed last minute items to be placed on their moving truck. They gave us insight as to what furniture (flimsy IKEA furniture) did not travel well. I rented a U-Haul truck, they helped my sister and I to load/unload items. B&K Moving Company was meticulous in checking that ALL items were delivered, processing their required paperwork and packing/unpacking clean-up. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS, RELATIVES AND NEIGHBORS!!!

Ben was so helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout the moving process. He answered my many (and random) questions and kept me informed along the way. Our mover (I unfortunately cant remember his name), was also very friendly and kept me updated along the way. My delivery was early and the unloading process was smooth and so fast. I couldnt have asked for a better moving experience. Thank you!

We are still unpacking boxes and are still looking for some items. One item that we know was packed late in the day because it was overlooked out of my den was the Epson V600 flatbed scanner (replacement cost is $329.99, on line). I have found all of the other electronic equipment excet for the scanner.
