I was very pleased with the service from NVL in moving me to a different state. I had a virtual appointment with sales representative Harry Goldman . He viewed all the items that I needed to move and gave me a good advice about the moving process, detailed quote of how much the move will cost and we set up the pick up and the delivery dates . Everything went smoothly . The driver called me day before and confirmed the pickup time . The crew showed up on time and in a timely manner everything wa s loaded in the truck . The crew provided Great customer service ! The items were delivered exactly on the day was scheduled. And again the crew was fantastic ! They placed the furniture exactly where I wanted . I was very impressed with the customer service ,efficiency and the timeliness the National Van Lines provided. Thank you !
I had a great moving experience. Everyone was very professional and took great care of my household items. My stress level was definitely lowered by being under the care of National Van Lines. Harry Goldman was very professional and likeable and he delivered exactly the service he promised at exactly the quote he gave me. The men who arrived to load my things were very nice and moved things efficiently and with care. I would highly, highly recommend them. While the delivery window was stat ed as being up to two weeks, my items arrived at my destination within three days. The driver did an excellent job of communicating with me as to the drive schedule and his expected arrival, Everything was unloaded quickly and efficiently and handled with care once again. The entire move was smooth from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with all of it.
Recently did a cross-country move (from AZ to IL) through National Van Lines. On the AZ side, the representative Harry was such a gentleman, who was very professional and helpful. The quote he gave us was the best among a few national movers we contacted. Better yet, Harry mentioned that, if the final total weight was less than quoted, we would receive a partial refund. In the end, since we moved less stuff than we initially planned and thus we had less total weight than initially quoted, we did receive some refund. That was a great experience. The company was truly customer-friendly. Also, the driver, Andrew, was very fun, helpful, and accommodating, who helped us to figure out the best moving time and date due to the elevator availability on the IL side. Overall, our experience with the moving team and National Van Lines was super positive, and we will not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.
1) Harry Goldman of Premier Moving ( AZ) was FANTASTIC in his "sales presentation" acquiring our business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDEED to neighbors. Harry was quick to respond to text/calls even when on vacation.
2) Premier's crew of packers worked very hard and quickly - so far ONLY a couple of VERY small damaged items - however missing one drawer for my wife's jewelry cabinet, hopefully we'll find it some other box. Wish there was some other way of marking the contents of boxes instead of General Ma rkings. Finding items from various rooms in mixed boxes. Not often but occasionally.
3) Miguel Flores and his staff ( Sons) were OUTSTANDING at LEAST 5 STARS - their loading/onloading of the trailer for beyond belief - I could not believe how they handled things even those which the packers should have POSSIBLY handled before they arrived. This team should be REWARDED by NVL's and requested by Premier as often as possible.
4) Still waiting on CREDIT to CC which we are entitled for NON SERVIC E used.
SUMMARY: AZ residents use PREMIER Moving, Harry use Miguel Flores & team whenever possible.
THANKS to these two teams that REALLY helped this 80 yr old couple move after living 51 years in their Phx home to NC.

Was moving across the country. Had gotten multiple quotes from different moving companies, but when Harry from National Van Lines came to my house to do the quote, he made me feel much more at ease about my move, because of how informative he was and how well he communicated with me. He made me feel confident that my belongings would be in good hands and he was right. Chris was my selected driver to transport my belongings across the country from Arizona to Florida and he got everything to my ne w home in one piece. He provided excellent customer service and also made me feel comfortable that I made the right choice. He communicated very well and provided excellent service. Will definitely choose National Van Lines again if I have to make another move.
