The end to end experience was fantastic. The company (On Time Movers) moved us out of our old condo flawlessly, accommodating for elevator issues, and even helped us pack the last boxes while they were moving our home. They were flexible and arrived to our new address 2 days earlier than planned to accommodate our ask. The delivery of our furniture to our new home was even better than the pick up! No damages, no broken parts, no damage to our walls, etc. And through it all, we were treated wi th respect and by a very friendly family of movers who understood our situation, our stress and helped us with every concern. During the planning session for our move, the company consultant gave us many tips on how to pack for a seamless move, and several advisory ideas on packing/donating/selling our belongings. We have moved 4 times in the past 12 years every time with damaged and mishandled furniture this time, OTM by far exceeded our expectations on every front. Dennis Snyder is an exceptionally professional and personable man. The care he took with preparing my furniture for the trip to Decatur, Illinois was the best experience I have ever experienced, and being a military family for 20 years, believe me we moved alot! He also prepared the area in my home that he would be working in to ensure no damage would be done in that area either. He told me when he expected to be at my granddaughter's residence in Decatur and he actually got there a da y early. My granddaughter felt the same way I did, I truly nice man and a very conscious and respectful with the delivery into her home. I went to visit her in her new home two weeks later and I could see for myself all my wood furniture prepared and moved from me to her was in perfect shape. Dennis took the large table apart and put the screws back into the furniture so it wouldn't get lost and the same with the 2 piece hutch. When unloaded in Decatur, he reassembled the table and hutch. On time moving did a great job with my move. From the time I called I was greeted by Leda the dispatcher. She helped me with each and every step along the way. Willie and his partner were my movers and both were professional and assisted me with my move from Texas to Florida. Price was great and fair and the move was very quick. I highly recommend this company both guys did an amazing job with packing and moving my items. Communication was awesome!
This was a big move for seniors. We had to move and leave everything behind in four storage units. They took photos of all empty units when they left. We could not be there. Everything was well done and on time. Great people to work with. Items were handled with care and furniture was well wrapped. No damage at all. They drove through several states = 900 miles. Highly recommended.
Fabulous experience with the move. The best part was the young lady who coordinated the move. I spoke with Leda on the phone numerous times and she was extremely helpful. The move was done on time and everything went smoothly and arrived in good shape. I had the unique experience of having this company move me from my home in Pinehurst to a storage facility in Pinehurst and then, a year later, move me from the storage unit to our new home in Florida. As such, I had two different moving crews and both of them were fantastic. They were efficient and professional. I was baffled by the speed and coordination of the moving crew and eternally grateful for having Leda on the other end of the phone every time I panicked about something - which was often as I tend to suffer from OCD! If I'm happy with something, it means it was done perfectly. Feel free to use me as a reference.
