We loved Carlos, Austin and Torrin. They were professional but very personable all while being the hardest working crew we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We tried our best to keep them hydrated and fed while they carefully packed our house. Honestly, I don't know how they do it, but they made our move so much more pleasant. From start to finish this whole move was easy. The pickup was flawless and my delivery was early. Everyone I worked with was friendly and worked to make sure that everything was done how I wanted it. Couldnt recommend them enough.

Very good value. Movers were professional and friendly. Staff stayed in touch and let us know what the status of the move was. Generally things arrived in good shape, though there was a bit of damage partly due to several reloadings and some evidently rough handling. I would definitely use NVL again, but would pack a little more carefully/securely next time.

Hi, Movers were good, but communication could have been much better. We received only 2/3s of our household goods, rest didn't fit on the truck, and we're not told that until the driver and assistant were about done unloading the truck. It then took a few phone calls and emails to get someone to address this issue in Florida. We are STILL awaiting the delivery of the remaining items from our move.
