The experience with National was amazing. Autumn was fantastic in reviewing the items to move and sending me a quote. She helped me feel confident in choosing National to help with my move, communicated what was going to happen, which made me feel comfortable and less worried about moving across the country. We hired national van lines for our Interstae move with full packing service. Blake was great agent with all the answers to my questions. He gave a fairly accurate estimate and we actually ended up paying less than quote as we got rid of some stuff. The packing team was super fast and they completed packing plus loading onto the truck in around 6 hours. Truck driver, Alex, was nice and he called me next day informing about my shipments' weight from weighing station. And the most amazing part was my cargo was delivered at the destination ~ 1400miles on the 7th day after which it was picked up. Again, guys at the destination delivered everything nicely and assembled furniture. Not a single piece of fragile things like paintings and glassware were damaged. I am so happy and I will recommend this service to anyone who is considering Interstae move !
Our move was from FL to PA (Wrong time of year to do that). The packing and loading went great. After that everything went south. We determined we would need more time for our move. That took about two months. Finally found a house that would pass the inspections, and notified NVL of the place and time. So our household goods were in storage for 2 months. The delivery was on time and completed to our expectations. We would definitely use them again (hopefully will never have to).
David was so helpful when it came to booking my move across the country. He was very friendly, accommodated my schedule to set up a virtual and was very responsive.
Marco, the drive was impeccable. He called me the day before to confirm his arrival time and was prompt. He handled all my items with care and was very respectful. He was always communicating with me, when he was leaving, when he was expected to deliver and even arrived a day earlier which worked perfectly for me. Marco was fast, f riendly and easy t work with! I would recommend them over and over again!
