The team at Yarnall Moving and Storage were wonderful from the initial visit to the packing and loading. The team in Ankeny were also wonderful. The only complaint was our delivery date. It kept getting postponed.

Here is the review I posted on Google: Best move ever! From the first interaction, to the last item being delivered to my new home, it couldn't have gone better. Price quote was spot on. Bobby Watson was super responsive and helpful. Scheduled my move date exactly when I wanted, and delivered many states away exactly when they said. Blaine and his team (Bryan and Jamaal) did our actual move. They showed up on time. Handled our stuff carefully. Worked quickly and efficiently. Were pleasant and helpful. Delivered when they said, without a word of complaint that there was no elevator on the unload end. Can't recommend them highly enough! I read so many horror stories on the internet about long distance moves I was leery. But On Time is terrific!

My moving experience from start to finish was made easier because of the personal service by Rick Tobin. Because Rick always spoke to me and was able to guide me through the necessary steps for my load and delivery schedules. All of the personnel involved both with loading and unloading were courteous and very professional. I have already recommended McCarthy Transfer and Storage and National Van Lines to anyone who I knew was contemplating a move. I am very pleased with the National Van Lines for my relocation from Houston to DC area! Since 1995, my family has moved 9 times across the US, and this is the best of all! The entire process, from the initial booking to the final damage claim, is very professional and transparent. This truly is a stress-free relocation! I had initial phone call with Mr. Micheal Barrios of NVL, followed with a video-con to survey the household stuff that led to a moving contract. The contract provided the in formation on cost and insurance as well as packing and delivery dates. The driver (Mr. Enrique Salazar) and his team loaded and delivered my household stuff on time as scheduled. His team on both ends did a fantastic job on packing, loading and unpacking. I am extremely impressed that we had nothing missing and nearly zero damage...a best outcome among all 9 moves we had. I filed one damage claim. The interaction with Ms. Patty McCarthy of NVL claim office was pleasant and timely. Overall, t he NVL team is outstanding! I shall have no hesitation to contract them again.

From beginning to end, NVL hit every point of service. While not damage free, there were only small things broken, mainly due to harsh temperatures, i.e., broken leg on sewing machine caddy, cracked plastic totes, pail that broke. Certainly these did not come close to totalling our $500 deductible. Everything that was loaded in Tennessee came off the truck in Wisconsin. Crystal Merriweather went above and beyond helping me value our load and get me ready for Jenn to get scheduled. Courtesy and professionalism of both the loading team and the delivery team were top notch. We were ready early and Jenn happened to call to see if the driver could come early to start the inventory process. When Eric arrived and saw our load, asked if he and Damien could go ahead and load. We were ecstatic because bad weather was headed our way. We were pleased with how they loaded our belongings. Angelo tried hard to get to us on Saturday, the 11th, but we were farther west than anticipated, so we postponed to the next day. As mentioned, some plastic totes had cracked, particularly on corners, but that seemed caused by severe cold temperatures rather than mishandling. My sewing machine case had taken a blow at some point and the leg on the case broke. Angelo made sure before leaving that the sewing machine within was okay, which it appears to be. Again, none of this appears to be a problem caused by mishandling. Angelo was patient with me and my daughter as we struggled to be sure we h ad everything marked on our inventory. At the end of the unload, he helped us go back on a few boxes to make sure we had everything. I had confidence in a complete delivery. Thanks again!

It was a pleasure working with Logan and Liz. They always returned my calls, text messages and emails within a timely manner. In addition, they put me at ease when I did not understand something and really tried to keep the cost down to meet my budget. On the day of the move, Logan followed up to make sure everything went well and Ori, Heather, Al, and Zach did an amazing job loading the truck kept track of all my boxes and never damaged the walls or floors. On the day of delivery, Chase Ori wer e amazing. They put the boxes in the right places and made sure the bed was installed correctly and set up the dinette cabinet very professionally. The move went according to plan The carrier arrived on time in Los Angeles and on time in Miami On top of that they did deliver a few boxes that were not mine and came back to pick them up The only negative is that ONE box is still missing Please advise how we proceed with the claim thanks
