Overall very pleased with the moving experience. Everyone was professional. The moving team was hardworking and respectful of my belongings. They maintained a positive attitude throughout the process. Blaine, the driver went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with their work. When some screws had come loose on the piano, he went above and beyond to purchase replacement screws and came back to install them. He even helped me find the correct wiring for my TV. I would highly r ecommend this team to anyone moving, especially across country. These guys are assets to your company. Thanks to all for making this move a positive and smooth experience.
National moved our 10,000-pound home across the country in a week. The same team packed us at one location and unpacked us at the new place, which was amazing. Matthew, the lead driver, took care with our more fragile items and was flexible when we couldn't quite get enough things boxed. Michael, the move coordinator, was easy to reach via text and email, and his estimate was solid all the way through. Nothing was broken either, which was impressive. Will hire again!
Customer service was great. Crystal was prompt and attentive to provide the estimate, update it once I was finished packing, and answer any questions along the way. Marco was very friendly and prompt. He came at the prescribed time to load and unload the truck. In fact, he was able to deliver my household goods earlier than expected. The only request for improvement is to make sure that the hired help to load and unload the truck handles the boxes as written or prescribed. This is critical for owners who pack their own items and don't necessarily pay extra fees for all the insurance. We want to make sure that our items arrive undamaged. I packed everything quite well but it still requires that boxes that are supposed to be handled with extra care because of fragile items or should be kept upright in the direction noted on the box are handled that way. I noticed that the hired help didn't even read or pay attention to what was written on the boxes. All of them were Spanish spe aking and may have limited knowledge of English or perhaps they just don't pay attention to those details. They did do a good job of handling and protecting the large furniture in packing and unpacking.
I was very pleased with the service from NVL in moving me to a different state. I had a virtual appointment with sales representative Harry Goldman . He viewed all the items that I needed to move and gave me a good advice about the moving process, detailed quote of how much the move will cost and we set up the pick up and the delivery dates . Everything went smoothly . The driver called me day before and confirmed the pickup time . The crew showed up on time and in a timely manner everything wa s loaded in the truck . The crew provided Great customer service ! The items were delivered exactly on the day was scheduled. And again the crew was fantastic ! They placed the furniture exactly where I wanted . I was very impressed with the customer service ,efficiency and the timeliness the National Van Lines provided. Thank you !
I moved from Florida to New England and although moving is stressful everyone at National from the first meeting with Jeff, talking with the ladies at the office and the men that handled the loading of the truck and unloading were amazing! Communication was excellent, pricing was fair and all services were handled professionally and with ease. Would I recommend them, absolutely! And thank you for making my move a better experience.
