My move was a long distance move My items arrived in two separate loads but everyone involved worked to get the contents safely to Illinois. Now I have to go looking for a variety of items. I would suggest that move information be on the box not just the room it came from.

Three small damaged items upon move in. NVL was response and quickly paid a fair market value to replace the items. I would use them again.

Of all the moving companies I inquired about moving us 1400 + miles, National Van Lines was the only company that sent someone to the house to see in person what we wanted moved. Trad was very helpful explaining how a big move works. I was always updated on the day and time the movers would pick up our things in Florida and also when they would arrive at our home in Iowa. The driver, Rob, and his two helpers were very friendly and did a great job.

Jack Morgan ( AFFORDABLE QUALITY MVG.& STG. ) was amazinghe did a FaceTime walkthrough with me to assess everything I was moving, which immediately put me at ease. I received a detailed binding quote within minutes of the call with Jack. When I added more items to my moving list, working with Jack to reass ess was so simple. Jack was accessible and answered every question or concern I had. The office team kept in touch with excellent communication every step of the way, ensuring I always knew what was happening. The care they took with my belongings was outstanding. My precious paintings and furniture were packaged with such attention to detail, and the movers were professional and efficient when loading everything into the van. Upon delivery, they went above and beyond, carefully distributi ng my items to three separate locations: my apartment, a small storage unit, and my garage. Everything arrived intactnothing was broken or damaged. The entire process was timely, professional, and respectful. They treated both my home in LA and my new home in Florida with the utmost care. our experience with NVL and their subcontractor was excellent Jeff helped us to arrive at an estimated price, the packing, loading and unloading all went well. Our goods arrived in good shape less one smashed ceramic pumpkin, just like Halloween! We are happy customers, pleased that we used NVL.

I was very pleased with National Van Lines! I've never used a moving service before but have reached the age when neither I nor my friends should we schleping boxes and furniture. I knew nothing about how to get the project completed but started with Tom Harry at Moving Link and he helped me find Golden/National. The staff was simply wonderful! Everyone was friendly, organized, professional, and quick! Even the driver, Matthew, went out if his way to be helpful. It was so smooth and, while not "easy", we moved 2,000 with a minimum of work and worry. Thank you all!

Yarnall/National did a great job for us on our move. Jeff Chapman was very responsive in setting the move up when we wanted to do it and the people involved did excellent work. The loaders in Bradenton used great caution with our furniture, blanketing and wrapping everything and were very careful not to damage any of our possessions or the house. John the driver was great and was very professional. Joe, who helped with the unloading in Bluffton was also excellent. He took great care with everyth ing and was very careful with everything. This was the best move we've ever had.

I have moved five times in the last ten years and THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST. Tom Tristan, who came to get the ball rolling, said I wouldn't be sorry and I'm not. The price was higher than others but well worth the extra money. I especially want to mention my mover, Danny. He should get a gold star. My apartment complex has two elevators and when we arrived we discovered they were laying carpet by the one closest me. He had to bring everything up from the one farthest away. He did it with a p leasant disposition and a smile on his face.

National gave me the best price plus I found out on the web they are one of the top moving companies. The drivers and workers were great. The company made sure that I did not have to pay for storage as we could not get into our house as soon as the truck originally could. The move had some confusion, that is to be expected. I have moved 3 times from state to state and this is been the best.
