Sam, the moving agent, made the initial quoting process quick and easy especially since I had a very quick short turnaround time. Mike, the driver, was very clear with his communication with arrival & delivery times. The move across the country was as smooth as you could get and would consider using National Van Lines again as well as referring to friends and family.

Pick up guys were excellent. Just excellent. Communications were good from Sam and team all along. Unfortunately our shipping was significantly delayed, but we were compensated for that financially. The delivery driver was excellent. Would use again for cross country move despite the delay because the quote was good-better than u-haul or pods in fact, the pick up and delivery was excellent and the communication was good. No regrets!
I was VERY impressed with the entire process working with National. Sandra at the Tucson office is AMAZING. The driver who delivered my furniture was also a great guy. There was some damage to the piano and a missing bolt piece that holds the stand up, but it's not a big deal. I really appreciated the efforts by everyone involved to make this happen. I'll definitely recommend National to anyone I can.

Stephanie Garcia was not only professional but also incredibly personable, taking the time to walk me through every step of the process and answer all the questions I had. They provided detailed information on the services available and made sure I understood what to expect every step of the way. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my move was smooth and stress-free were unparalleled. The driver/moving person, Brian O'Malley, who showed up on the big day, was equally fantastic! They were prompt, efficient, and treated my belongings with the utmost care. Every box, piece of furniture, and fragile item was handled as if it were their own. I was especially impressed with how quickly and safely everything was packed, loaded, and transpo rted. Mr. O'Malley also worked with my parents in CA to make sure things were unloaded safely and securely in my storage unit while I slowly drove down from WA. What stood out the most, though, was the level of communication. Stephanie Garcia kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, providing updates, answering any questions I had, and making adjustments when needed. It felt reassuring to have someone so dedicated on my side, especially with all the stress that comes with moving from WA to CA. I truly couldn't have asked for a better moving experience, and I would highly recommend National Van Lines to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused moving company. Billie and Robert are exceptional workers in every way. Thank you for sending them to both load and unload our homes. We cant say enough good about them. They are every employers dream. Not one scrape, wall mark, or dents. Ultra-professional.
Unfortunately the same cant be said about the gentleman who joined them for the unload. That man left his mark all over our brand new, new-construction home. Wall dents, paint scraping, and dirty hand marks on doors, walls, and trim. He asked to use a guest bathroom and left it looking like a bunch of 5 year olds were in there.
