Everyone connected with this move was pleasant and very helpful, so that's an A and much gratitude to each one for making the experience as trouble free as possible. In the last twenty years I've moved nine times - so I've had a good deal of experience in relocating. The majority of these moves have been with Mayflower which has made the financial aspect exceptionally painless basically because they have always given me a specific cost which I have paid in advance without any problems and no further concern with the cost. The one concern I have with your company is that the cost figure given me when arranging for the move was emphasized as "an estimate" with the final cost to be determined after weighing my shipment. I don't know if it was actually weighed, but in good faith I paid the estimated cost plus the 10 percent which you advised. Please note - as of this date (6/14/17) I have NEVER been told the actual cost of the move and since I obviously over paid by at least the 10 per cent...no one has been able to tell me WHEN MY OVERPAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD with which I paid you for the move. May I look forward to a response to this message with the information I'm seeking - and the credit for overpayment? Or do I continue to recommend Mayflower to my friends as the best movers out there?
