We were very pleased with National Van Lines and the booking agents, Golden Services LLC in Oak Harbor, WA. Our driver, Saul, was exceptional. He came the day before packing to survey what we had, how it would fit in the truck, and assess the time it would take to complete packing the truck. Everything went without a hitch and Saul over delivered on his estimated time to complete packing the truck. He was a delight to work with and so efficient. Arrival at the destination was offered earl ier than we thought it would and Saul accommodated our schedule to insure we would be ready for the move-in. Again, everything went without a hitch and Saul once again over delivered on our expectations. We will definitely recommend National Van Lines to anyone who needs to make an interstate move.

Worst move of my life. Driver was good, sales rep Greg Delano from GoldennServices was good and everything else was beyond terrible. Move was delayed by National due to a phony story of a broken truck. I was in the Trucking business for 47 years! You always have a backup plan! A rental truck was finally given to driver after I bitched that this was unacceptable. We got our Furniture on September 11th and the latest it was supposed to arrive Per Contract was September 5th! Then the second load fa cility at Golden Services in Tacoma area COMPLETELY Buried our John Deere Gator under the second stops belongings. Took movers 2 and half hours to get to it. Driver was unaware of how second stop was loaded and was beyond words as to the mess created. Was a complete joke. I personally spotted the Storage facility employee $100 for staying an hour and a half past closing so National could Finish unloading! You owe me atleast that if not more. We were scheduled to be Long gone after September 5th and could not leave until Furniture arrived for our supervision during unloading At storage Facility. Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life other than Driver was a stand up guy. This is 100% a National Vanlines issue and if I dont get some type of response and restitution I will be posting to EVERY Message board I can find! Totally Disappointing! djk5555@outlook.com

I liked that Greg with Golden Services came to house to review our move requirements. After he priced and scheduled the moving day I asked a few days later if they could move up the packing date a week earlier. He went to work, rescheduled to the date we wanted, great work. We had 3 hi value pictures that required 3rd party crating services, he also moved them up appropriately. The Golden packers needed to shuttle our goods with a smaller truck, the packers did a great job itemizing the boxes and paperwork. Very easy to work with them. The delivery crew did a great job also, all 96 items arrived in good shape while unloading in 100 degree heat. Driver called and kept us informed of delivery time. Exceeded our expectations, thanks to all.

Approaching 80, we found we needed to move out of our home of 36 years, and move across country where we'd be closer to family. A difficult decision. A big move, one we'd never done before this. We called and talked with multiple moving companies, always in some other part of the country. We got guestimates of what it might cost to move, all very high figures. The guestimates resulted from us walking through our buildings, stating with words what we'd like to include in the move. Feeling u ncomfortable with the process of dealing with a sales person on the other end of the phone, wondering how much of this might be a sham, began to wear on us. We decided to give the "local" company a call. We left a message and got a call back right away, and after answering our multiple questions, agreed to set up an appointment with their sales rep, Greg. In short order, Greg DeLano arrived, credentials in hand and sat with us, giving explanation to this and that, and answering all our questi ons in detail. After a couple of hours, we were comfortable enough with Greg, that we did a walk through our house, garage, two big out buildings, barn and greenhouse. With some difficulty, we chose what was to go, what was to stay. Greg was patient the whole while. With electronic device in hand, Greg plugged in all the details of approximate weights and measurements, reminding us periodically that the more we chose to take the more costly the job would be. At the end of that exercise, whi le we had a guestimate of cost, we understood that Greg would need to go back to the office and plug into the companies system all that he had and that would yield a more definitive estimate of costs. Greg returned in a day or two and gave us the bottom line of costs. We decided to go with National Van Lines. Greg stayed in touch with us regularly. He responded to our many text messages, the same with phone calls. He brought us boxes, packing paper and tape at our request and coordinated it with a work trip that would bring him to our neighborhood. As it got closer to the time for the move, Greg checked more frequently with us as he understood that we were struggling with getting the packing done on our own. We talked about what it would cost to get packing help from the company, ultimately deciding that was what we needed to do. Greg then set up packing dates. It looked like we'd need yet more help and Greg, with our permission, sent in crews of packers for a few hours at a time. Greg assured us that the packers were trustworthy and safe to be in our home. The packers worked for the company and were not hired off the street. Greg was right as each of the packers were kind, caring, polite. They worked solo and in teams. No inappropriate language, no smoking. They were easy to have around, and be around. The pack-out was over two days. The driver, Ed presented as professional, very organized and low key. The movers who moved me were wonderful. They were very careful with all of my precious items and were neat in arranging and packing everything for shipment. Not one item was broken during the transit, I heartily commend Emericus and his crew. Thank you. Clare christiansen.

Packing was great and packers were pleasant and courteous. However the packed furniture picked up on June 1 spent 18 days waiting for a driver. We were living out of suitcases for 4 weeks. When the furniture finally arrived on June 28, the driver and those unloading were very helpful in placing items were asked.

We were so impressed with all parties involved. Robert with Hicks Transportation and his moving helpers, including Tyler went above and beyond in every aspect of our move. Most definitely 10+ service. We will definitely both utilize and recommend them to all our friends and family members. Our move was from Washington state to Virginia and included a lot of downsizing, coordination with the timing of house buying and selling, and transportation of cats across the country. From the beginning, Greg was incredibly helpful, letting us know what packing supplies were available to us from Golden, understanding when the timing of the move changed du e to a quick sale of our old house, and patiently answering all of our weird and sometimes dumb questions. Tyler also was very helpful, making sure we knew when he would arrive to pickup our furnishings, etc. and keeping us informed regarding his anticipated arrival at our new home. He was detail-oriented and made sure we understood what he was doing and why. He was friendly and showed a genuine concern for us and care for our belongings. Moving is a very difficult and stressful time, but all the people we encountered connected with our move were terrific.

Truck driver and his helpers were on time and got the furniture and boxes loaded in a timely manner. Delivered to a storage unit with no problems. Only one bedroom dresser drawer was damaged on bottom all boxes were put inside a storage unit and have not been opened yet. I would definitely recommend and use this company again for moving.

Overall the move with National was smooth and as expected. The individual movers did a great Job for only two laborers worked hard and certainly performed as expected. So far only found a few items damaged but can probably be fixed. Would use this company again and recommend them. Some mix up at the start with times and appointment times resulting in one day delay. Overall satisfied
