Highly recommend! We were very pleased with the service we received. From the first phone call, the woman I spoke with was very helpful, she was able to answer all my questions. To the gentleman that gave us the estimate. The estimate was a bit higher than others I had gotten. But definitely worth the money. The 2 gentleman that came to load the truck were great,, they were very patient with my elderly father. They were very respectful and quickly and carefully moved my parents stuff. It was v ery comforting to my parents to know that the same gentleman would be delivering their stuff. Everything arrived safe and sound, delivered by the same gentleman. We definitely highly recommend this company!!

Having never dealt with a moving company before, and having hear countless horror stories over the years from friends about their experiences with professional movers, I was initially reluctant to seriously consider engaging with professional movers. Finally facing reality I went on line to find a national firm that would undertake an out of state move from Florida to North Carolina. To my surprise I received a response from On Time Movers and Storage, located in St. Augustine, Florida -- some 1 20 miles from my location. I was contacted by phone by the agent for On Time who explained they were agents for National Van Lines and were, indeed a national company. After receiving substantial advice from this contact about what NOT to do to avoid potential scams and difficulties with movers On Time told me their agent would arrive at my home the next day to assess my needs and estimate the cost for my move. This was the beginning of the good stuff. The walk through and estimate were without incident and within 24 hours I received a bonded proposal for the move -- scheduled for some six weeks away. During this six week period I received tentative dates for furniture pickup and final delivery to my new home, communications to determine if I had questions, issues or reservations about the move, and updates on our proposed moving schedule. Finally furniture pickup day arrived and a team of movers arrived. Furniture was carefully wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap for protection and l oaded on the truck. Workers were professional, friendly, polite and VERY competent and I began to feel my anxieties slipping away. In what seemed like no time the job was completed and the moving van departed. I was given a window of delivery about for days away -- to give me time to make the drive to NC to receive delivery. Within three days I received notice that the furniture would arrive the next day and the rest is history. Delivery day came and the movers repeated their earlier performanc e, unloading, re-assembling and placing furniture where I directed. I could not have had an easier and more painless experience. I was COMPLETELY satisfied with this whole experience and have since recommended On Tim and National to several friends planning out of state moves of their own.

Moving is very stressful. Bobby explained and gave ideas how to keep costs down. How to box and use bins. He made everything go smoothly as possible. The guys were wonderful when organinzing the boxes for loading and worked around us as we finished the last minute packing. All paperwork was explained and we reviewed together before signing. They gave us an estimated delivery date and we recieved a phone call confirmation for the delivery time. They requested which rooms etc to unload to whi ch was nice. Everything was unloaded smoothly. We reviewed the paperwork again and signed off. Everything looked good. As I stated moving is very stressful, Bobby and the guys made it so much easier without adding additional stress. My experience with the move was very good. I moved from Florida to Idaho. The sales Rep Trad was very good. He was thorough and careful about collecting all the data in order to provide a detailed and accurate quote. Blaine, the driver (he was the loader as well) was excellent! He laid down blankets in the entry way of my house to protect the floors. He and the other movers worded very hard and diligently to load and unload all of the boxes and items from the house in Florida, and to the new house in Idaho. They did not stop for a break; they worked very hard. I was appreciative and impressed with how careful they were; they wrapped several items with blankets for extra protection. Our move was from FL to PA (Wrong time of year to do that). The packing and loading went great. After that everything went south. We determined we would need more time for our move. That took about two months. Finally found a house that would pass the inspections, and notified NVL of the place and time. So our household goods were in storage for 2 months. The delivery was on time and completed to our expectations. We would definitely use them again (hopefully will never have to).
