I received a detailed binding quote within minutes of the call with Jack. When I added more items to my moving list, working with Jack to reass ess was so simple. Jack was accessible and answered every question or concern I had. The office team kept in touch with excellent communication every step of the way, ensuring I always knew what was happening. The care they took with my belongings was outstanding. My precious paintings and furniture were packaged with such attention to detail, and the movers were professional and efficient when loading everything into the van. Upon delivery, they went above and beyond, carefully distributi ng my items to three separate locations: my apartment, a small storage unit, and my garage. Everything arrived intactnothing was broken or damaged. The entire process was timely, professional, and respectful. They treated both my home in LA and my new home in Florida with the utmost care. Everything with National Van Lines was professional and super easy from the first point of contact to the in-home estimate to the actual move date. Jack Morgan and Dennis Synder were amazing and made things so easy. Our only problem was the road being too muddy for Dennis the day of delivery. He was professional, courteous and kind in the way he handled the transition over to Daniel's Moving who held onto our belongings and delivered a few days later. Moving is stressful, there is no way aro und it but National Van Lines made it feel like that part of it was being handled and taken care of.

We were quite fortunate to have Arthur take control of our move. He was exceptionally cooperative, had complete control of his helpers and the entire move. He impressed us with his suggestions on how to safeguard our possessions during transport. He remembered our inventory and knew exactly from which room it was packed. Good fortune for Arthur's next clients.

I had a horrible experience when I moved from Chicago back to California about 20 years ago. I was extremely nervous about my move from California to Wisconsin but Ben assured me that he would help me navigate the process. And he kept his word! He was very supportive and nice to me and kept me updated on the process. The delivery driver, Richard, was equally nice and professional. He kept me updated on when my belongings would be delivered and handled the delivery very quickly and efficientl y.

This was the best decision we ever made. The most carefree thing about our move. They were very nice & professional. They were on time and they were very quick with the loading and unloading. They were so organized with the unload at our new house. Every item that went in the truck had a sticker and a number And then every item was checked off as it was leaving the truck so we knew we got everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is moving short distance or like us across country.

For the most part, the service was great. However, they arrived early by about five days. I felt bad that they had to leave everything on the truck for that much time but we didnt own the house when they got to our city. And we had some things that were broken and a few things that I think may be missing but were not sure because we havent been able to dig down into all the boxes yet. Im happy with the service and very happy with Kelly at AQMS.

The trailer that they were provided was less than stellar. I was surprised that it made the trip across the country. This was a positive move for us and the crew involved made it less stressful.
