From start to finish, it was by far the best and easiest moving experience Ive ever had. Everyone was professional, courteous, and easy to work with

I worked with Samantha for the planning and scheduling. She was wonderful in answering all my questions, and I had many! I was nervous as this was the first time I hired movers before. She never ignored a question or acted as if my questions/concerns were stupid or silly. I really appreciated her patience! She was able to respond quickly nearly every email. She also understood when my move was delayed several months and adjusted without a problem. I was connected to a driver Robert G who coor dinated the pick up of my goods at two locations in Washington and the drop of in Colorado. I don't know how he and his helper were so fast at each location! They disassembled and assembled one or two pieces of furniture quickly and without issue. My goods were carefully blanket wrapped and everything showed up in good condition! The only thing that broke was something I brought with me. I would absolutely recommend National Van Lines and their local Western Washington Affiliate of A2B moving ou t of Auburn, WA.

The movers arrived on time, and in a very professional way. They loaded the material that I packed and helped make sure the house was neat and free of damage when they left excellent work. When they arrived in Hollister Missouri, they arrived on time and they had three people that worked extremely hard, bringing my furniture etc. into the home With great care. I would highly recommend them again. Their attitude was exemplary. I would call and have the same company move me again if it was ever re quired.

On behalf of my entire family, thank you so, so much NVL for providing us with an honest move. This was our first experience moving interstate and we didn't go half way across the nation but all the way to the other opposite end. West coast to East coast. This process for us started with a text message from NVL stating, "Evening, Denaja! If anyone asks for a deposit or for money upfront towards your move, regardless of how far in the future it is, do not work with them. You cannot reserve non-pe ak pricing. Payment isn't due until your possessions are delivered to NC. " It was sent at 9:48pm right after I got off the phone with a company to help me move that I had already scheduled to do our move and pay an initial fee of over $1k up front. I thought I did my research, but being that this was my 1st time and the timing of that text message I started to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th guess myself and started doing more research on the company I booked with. So many things they said seemed too good t o be true and after reading so many bad reviews, endless horrifying reviews and finding them out to be a broker company with no fleet, I called them up the next day and cancelled all reservations and hurried up and called NVL to find out more info and get the process started. What the rep told me, which reassured me I was making the right choice was that they are a family company that partners up with another family company that will come out the next day to do an in-person consultation and pri cing that would be final. We were pressed for time since we had to be out of the apartment soon, so I went ahead and booked it. It was a pleasure speaking with that rep as well. She was friendly and well-informed. I even called her 1 or 2 more times after everything for more questions and she didn't mind answering them. So, the next day A2B moving coming into our home for a consultation by Ryan Peltier. He was very professional and patient with our questions while walking around our apartment back in WA state. He was clear on the paperwork and what to expect with the next steps in the moving process would be. Later on that day he gave us a price, near what he estimated it would be and we finalized the amount through all the paperwork. A couple of times the price was adjusted and was cheaper which was a pleasant surprise. Then two men who came to pack all of our things, Travis and Brandon, (please forgive me if I forgot names), were so awesome. Travis was professional and quite w hile handling the paperwork with the most care and concern. Brandon was more outspoken and professional and very warm while cracking jokes with us all. He definitely helped my Mother, who was feeling so uneasiness about the move and the packing, feel more at ease and secure. He also gave us some advice on packing things up and let us know what else we could quickly put away to be shipped to our new apartment instead of leaving it behind. After all of that he gave us a hug each and I really a

We got a great estimate from A2B Moving for our 250 mile move, and they promised to get it done in two days—half the time and much less $$ than our other estimate. We decided to give them a try and so happy that we did! Our move crew was very fun to spend two days with (hi, guys!!). They are experienced professionals, so polite, very hard workers, always smiling, and most importantly respectful of our belongings, taking care not to ding any woodwork. Everything made it to our new home on time, as promised, without a scratch and UNDER the original quote. We will definitely call upon A2B again should the need arise for some muscle power! Thanks for the terrific move, A2B, from my first call to the office, the prompt estimator visit, and of course, our favorite crew!!

The movers in Auburn were efficient, kind, and professional. They wrapped my furniture, stickered my belongings and packed my artwork. The driver did not contact me until Feb 10th with an estimate arrival date of Tuesday 2/14. I went to my apartment to wait for his arrival. I finally called the company for an update. He wasn't coming until Wed. Due to inclement weather coming across the US he finally arrived on Thursday. He and his coworker unloaded as quickly as possible. I noticed my painting was not readily noticeable so I moved boxes after the driver left to find it. No luck. I filed a claim immediately hoping the oil painting would be at one of the other two homes packed on the truck. When the driver finished I tried to pay and he thought I had already paid. A2B Movers should have told someone that I was charging it. After some phone calls and assistance from National office I signed the papers and made my payment. Communication between A2B Movers, the driver, and me could have been better. Payment was not made clear to me. The driver could have contacted me with more accurate travel time. The National staff that helped me were informative, patient, and friendly. Pat took my claim even though I was not prepared with some information she needed. I spoke to a gentleman later about the progress of my claim. He was reassuring. I am missing a box so I will fill out the claim form and submit it. I'm confident at this point that National will do their best to search for my i tems.

The crew that came to pack my items was not professional or thorough. They were in a hurry and unorganized. They packed my books in large boxes that were nearly impossible for me to move after receiving at my new house. Cabinets and drawers were not packed. Even my silverware was left in the drawer. The crew the following day was the opposite (Alfred and Kenny) were 100% work. They were careful, considerate and polite. They finished the packing not done or not done well by the previous crew. The y included me in decisions when necessary and even explained how things were loaded in pieces sometimes to make the trip better. The 2 crews were day and night different.
