The move was very difficult and had many obstacles! First, the day of the move was the hottest day of the year!!! Over a hundred degrees in my state of Massachusetts . The man in charge, Pedro Roman, ended up with one helper instead of the 2 that was planned! They had to transfer because of the size of the truck! They worked through the whole day and completed the next morning! He had about 4 stops before he got to me in Florida!!! Arriving on the 4th of July and delivering on time inspite of t he Holiday and again had to transfer everything at the last minute! I am 82 and have moved many homes and businesses in my life! Pedro Roman is the best!!!!!! Now the only issues where because maybe the change in helpers or the transfers of a whole house and art studio between trucks! A office chair and a small box where probably dropped at the wrong location and of the 100s of items shipped only one glass a on a picture frame was broken and a statue was broken! National Van Lines said they wo uld take care of the loss! Thank you National Van Lines and Pedro Roman for taking care of me, my family and my possessions! Best regards, Alan Kalish

The end to end experience was fantastic. The company (On Time Movers) moved us out of our old condo flawlessly, accommodating for elevator issues, and even helped us pack the last boxes while they were moving our home. They were flexible and arrived to our new address 2 days earlier than planned to accommodate our ask. The delivery of our furniture to our new home was even better than the pick up! No damages, no broken parts, no damage to our walls, etc. And through it all, we were treated wi th respect and by a very friendly family of movers who understood our situation, our stress and helped us with every concern. During the planning session for our move, the company consultant gave us many tips on how to pack for a seamless move, and several advisory ideas on packing/donating/selling our belongings. We have moved 4 times in the past 12 years every time with damaged and mishandled furniture this time, OTM by far exceeded our expectations on every front. Thank you again OTM for a fantastic service and experience.

From our first phone call with Michael Barrios to our final goodbye to Art (who was in charge of packing up our belongings and driving them across the country) everything went smoothly. We felt like everyone from this company involved in our move was exceptional. Polite, honest, careful in packing up our items, and overall, just a great group of people to work with. Our belongings arrived at our new home on exactly the day specified and Art even called us as we were traveling cross country ourse lves, to let us know where they were and that they were still on track to arrive on July 3rd. Nothing was broken as everything was packed so well. I really can't say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone doing any kind of move. Michael Barrios and Art (I wish I knew his last name) stand out as really great people who care about you as a customer at a very stressful moment in your life, as all moves are. Checking in, seeing how you're doing, sending you a ll of the literature you need to help you do the packing you want to do yourself, etc. Art even made all of our family laugh on moving day, which is no small feat. He has a fabulous sense of humor. I highly recommend National Van Lines. No notes!

Overall, the experience was great. Moving to another state 1200 miles away is daunting and Nicole and her TEAM managed everything well. The communication was right on time and they were so helpful with recycled boxes and other supplies. Truck arrived onsite and the driver and his crew were very professional. Secured all items for transport and arrived a new home on the date promised.

I'm giving 5 stars even though they did try to charge me for a shuttle truck 3 days before our move (we have a large rural cul-de-sac that is accessible for semis and we've had one at our house before.) Anyways, they ended up not attempting to bring a semi and sent (2) box trucks instead. The reason I'm STILL giving 5 stars is due to the fact that they did honor their original price, the guys they sent (specifically Austin and D'Angelo) were really great and had a positive attitude for the E NTIRE 12 hour load time. Austin was energetic and upbeat for ALL 12 hours! They were very respectful of my property and did a fantastic job preparing for the actual move spending half of a day the day before wrapping items and breaking down beds, etc. Additional reasons why they deserve 5 stars: the delivered on time, communicated through the entire process, including their drivers who were texting and calling with updates as they found out about them. We received our shipment with only minimal damage, like really minor stuff that wasn't even worth mentioning and things we completely expected with such a large interstate move. The guys that they sent for the unload were friendly, respectful and endured high temps in Knoxville with oppressive humidity in the middle of July. The driver of one of the trucks was familiar with our move as he was there on the load, so that was nice that he could give direction because of his familiarity with our things, his name is Deandre and I thought he d id a great job as the lead of our move in. Independent contractors local to the area that did a fantastic job - Austin, Steve and Austin's brother in law (I'm forgetting his name now but it start with an M, he was the kindest most respectful guy!) I would recommend National to others due to my positive experience from quoting to our move in.

Our experience of moving with your company has been 100% satisfying. Lee had been on top of things all through, very understanding, and always available to clarify our doubts. The packers and movers handled everything very carefully. We havent yet opened up our stuff but hopefully all will be fine. Every single activity happened as suggested on timeline. Thanks all of you.
