From the first phone call and Logan Simpson coming to my home of 32 years to estimate moving costs, my 5-star experience began. His genuine warmth, friendliness and professional demeanor were immediately apparent and consistent throughout the process. When he told me All-Around Moving is a family-owned company, it all made sense! My first attempt at hiring movers for a cross-country adventure went seriously awry after learning there should never be a request for upfront monies (when that happen s, it's a brokered transaction...who you think you're hiring may not end up being who shows up, etc.). Needless to say, I was wary. Logan dispelled all negative concerns, putting my mind at ease around being in good hands. Logan then introduced me to Liz, who handled administration of my move. Liz was equally amazing...warm, friendly and extremely helpful...which brought the same level of complete comfort/confidence. I knew for certainly I was in the very best hands with All-Around Moving. Moving is emotional; hiring a genuinely attentive/caring moving company made ALL the difference. Both moving teams, MI packing and CO unpacking, were truly wonderful. Equally attentive, friendly and professional, showing up on time and completing the job in a carefully efficient manner, those experiences were also amazing. (No issues at all with any of my unpacked items.) My situation also included 4 months' on-site storage in Romulus, MI, while waiting on completed construction of my new CO home. I had zero concerns about leaving all my treasured belongings in the care of All-Around Moving for an extended period of time...a priceless feeling! All in all, I would VERY HIGHLY recommend All-Around Moving/National Van Lines. I am sincerely grateful to have met such wonderful, kind and helpful people, who made a challenging experience easier...and truly remarkable. Thank you, everyone!
