The team (drivers) who actually packed the truck and moved us into our house was fabulous! They were kind, respectful of not only our belongings, but also of us. They took extra care and caution of our things and made sure to place things where we wanted them. They worked nonstop for hours and never changed their positivity and kindness. We would recommend them to anyone who has a challenging move!

Your driver Damon made the move a positive experience. I only hesitate to say a "wonderful" experience because moving is a very stressful, exhausting and anxious experience. Damon was very communicative about each step in a very reassuring way. "No problem", "we will make it work", "this should be routine" and "this won't take long", were all very positive thoughts when I was quietly asking myself all of those questions. Damon discharged his duties with an enthusiastic smile throughout the e ntire process, which made his comments feel genuine. We could not have asked for a better experience with our recent move. This was our first professional move and I was very apprehensive about price quotes after hearing the horror stories from friends about under quoting, holding items hostage, etc. An American Moving representative came to my house, was very kind and knowledgeable. She took a very detailed inventory of the items and our quote felt honest and reasonable. And binding was very important. Also, choosing local was an importan t decision factor. Our real estate agent recommended American Moving, and I cant thank her enough for that. Moving, as you know, it is an extremely stressful situation. Much more than we anticipated. The team we had were amazing. They were enjoyable, friendly, hard-working, considerate, flexible, everything that I needed them to be. The positive attitude from everyone really helped ease the anxiety . We have not been able to unpack our items yet, but I dont feel that we will have any issue s after watching how well they packed our items. I have names of everyone and would be happy to share those if thats possible. If someone can reach out to me, I would be happy to do that. We had a fantastic experience with American Moving. My son and I went down to Savannah to help my aging parents pack up and move, and I spent a lot of time with Kevin Allen, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The local crew that packed up mom and dad was thoughtful, efficient, and friendly. When the inevitable bumps in the road presented themselves -- this is moving, after all -- Kevin was our tireless advocate. When the van-line driver (a separate contractor) was difficult, Kevin intervened (quite, uh, forcefully) to help us out. There is no way my father could have handled that without help. When we needed some help with a dispute with a crating company, Kevin weighed in, saving us money. And for weeks afterwards Kevin was in touch with us, making sure that any loose ends were tied up to our satisfaction. He didn't have to do that -- he'd cashed the check long ago -- but he clearly takes pride in great customer service. I heartily recommend these guys.

Dee and crew were excellent. Jesse, our driver, and his crew were outstanding in packing, transporting and delivering our goods. Courteous, efficient and careful with every detail. Our only concern was with a claim we made on our grandfather clock, an antique which worked well before being moved but did not function on delivery and setup. We were told no claims on clocks were honored by National unless evident damage was done. Seems to us that damage was evident because it worked well befor e the move and did not after the move!
