National Van Lines Welcomes AAA Moving & Storage
Chicago, IL February 2014 – National Van Lines is happy to announce the addition of AAA Moving & Storage, Enterprise, AL to the agent family.
In 1981, AAA Wholesale Furniture opened in Enterprise, Alabama. Two years later, due to high demand, AAA Moving & Storage was born – literally in the back of a pick-up truck. Even though the owner did not understand the nature of the moving industry, he did understand the key to success – SERVICE! And service is what he provided. Southern hospitality and a work ethic that was learned on the farm propelled AAA Moving & Storage to the place it is today.
In 2005, nephew and now president, Howard Moore continued in the family tradition of great service. His goal was to take AAA Moving & Storage to the next level. His philosophy is simple, “You have to get the wrong people off the bus, the right people on the bus and get them in the right seat.”
Howard holds a Master’s degree in resource management. Brenda, who is the office manager, has 40 years in her field. Nine of the eleven full-time team members are career movers with decades of experience in household good moving, especially the military.
States Howard, “We believe in providing the best possible service. ‘Moving Your Life with Excellence’ is our mission. We measure our success by the three red A’s – Attitude, Attention (to details) and Accountability. You have to understand the person sitting on the other side of the coffee table. What does the customer need and how do I meet those needs?”
According to Mark Doyle, Vice President of Sales and Agency Development at National Van Lines, “We are extremely proud and excited to add an agent of this caliber to the National agent family. They’ll be an asset for us in expanding our geographic footprint in Alabama, as well as the rest of the southeast.”
