Eric Wright is the truth. He checked in on us regularly and made sure we understood everything in the contract. He made us feel that it wasnt about the money at all, but made us feel like family and that our move was smooth and stress free. It was hassle free and a great transition. The moving crew used was lead by Richard. They were the best crew that I have ever had move us. Richard was so polite and really took care of our things. Both Eric and Richard are men of character. They did what they said they would do and have morals and values that showed in all that they did. The communication with the sales staff was always prompt and courteous. The men hired to move our stuff out of our house were efficient and hard workers. They worked well as a team. We were told the driver would contact us much sooner than he did, but when he did contact us to let us know when he'd be delivering the load, he was very pleasant. On the day of the delivery, everything worked smoothly. Only a few items were damaged, and we are not bothered by that. There is always damage when you mo ve so much stuff. Considering all the heavy lifting, the hot weather, and the price of gas, it was well worth the cost. We were even quite happy with the crew who arranged the furniture how we wanted it once it was brought in. This was a good experience. Thanks, National Van Lines.

Im very pleased with the results of my move with National Van Lines. I had to make a change in my original pickup date, no problem. It was as simple as a phone call. Everyone involved with my move was very professional and friendly which made it easy. When my items were delivered, Ken, the driver was exceptional. He made sure everything was where I wanted it. Overall a great experience. On the pickup side, the guys showed up, worked carefully, quickly and respectfully. The driver was fantastic as he checked his schedule for drop-off and pickups and worked around my needs. From pickup to drop off was 2 days. The drop off was handled in the same fashion as the pickup. Happy to recommend this company to anyone.

National Can Lines performed higher than expected. The Driver called and time of arrival and show up on time. In today environment, most companies show up hours late or call to reschedule. The driver experience in State to State was exceptional. He went from room from room, outside to the shed, down in the basement and mark all the items to be move. His helpers showed up about 10 minutes later and quickly started to load the truck. TVs were handled with care; mattress was covered to preven ts tears and they carefully moved the boxes to the truck. The driver knew how to bed box spring, piano and freezer. The technique they used to move items from the attic steps was unique and safer for loaders. Before the driver departed, he had all items accounted for and documented I would HIGHLY recommend this company to family and friends. JOB WELL DONE.

it is too easy of a survey. all 5’s across the board. John, Elsis our driver is a master at what is does. He fully took charge of both crews picking up and delivery. His courtesy and expertise was like I have never had before. 8 PCS moves and our final retirement move; his class of customer satisfaction is unparalleled. On his own, he bought newer hardware to replace the original furniture hardware( this is on new furniture) because “it would hold longer and safer than the original hardware” Moving agents should seriously take a moment to see his style and use him as the “role model” as far as how people should treat people”. I see him as a friend of our family now as that is how he treated us.

We had a wonderful experience working with the team at American Way. From the very beginning, Eric Wright was responsive, professional and honest. He took his time walking through our home to give us an accurate estimate. He followed up and returned my phone calls promptly. He was also so flexible and worked with me when I needed to make changes multiple times. He was very patient! On the day of the move, Mike and Peanut were fantastic as well – they took their time packing all of our belongings, and making sure the fragile items were secure prior to packing in a box. They were nice, asked questions when they were unsure about something, and did not rush. Nothing was even scratched when we unpacked our belongings. All of our boxes were clearly labeled which made it so much easier when we arrived at our new home. The driver Desmond was fantastic!!! He and the girl working with him (I forget her name) were again, so professional, and took their time loading the truck and packing the large furniture items. They took extreme care into packing very old, fragile items. Overall, we were so pleased with our experience with American Way and would recommend them to anyone moving out of state!!
