Hands on Moving folks were thorough, friendly, careful, respectful. Arleen was patient with my many emails and calls. One room for improvement: I had to ask a couple of the movers to be careful with my wood floors as they wrapped the furniture.
National Van Lines kept us informed as to the ETA. One concern: Hands On folks had left the bedroom dresser drawers filled, and carefully wrapped the dresser and placed it in the local truck. Apparently, when the dresser was transferred to National 's large van, the dresser was turned on its side, vertically; and many items were strewn about the dresser drawers, once it was delivered.
